Adore Me always delivers my items quick and they are always make with great quality, I order every month & am always so happy when I get my box in the mail

I absolutely love adore me! The things that I have gotten have been my exact size and have all been exactly what I wantedThey also shipped very quickly! I have been so happy with everything from them!!

I have shopped with Adore Me a few times and have found the products to be amazingThe quality of the products are greatI have not had problems with the company of its priducts

to complaint #***First of all, we would like to apologize to the customer for the dissatisfying service they receivedThis is unacceptable and we assure the customer that we are going to investigate this issue and prevent it from reoccurring.In regards to the membership, we would like to explain how it worksCustomers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent a membership confirmation email and reminder emails before the *** reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchaseVIP members who do not shop or skip the *** day of each month (11:59:p.mEST), will be charged $39.95 and will receive the same amount in store creditMembers may redeem this credit on AdoreMe.com at any timeVIP members who do skip the month (before the *** day 11:59:p.m. EST) may change their minds and are free to shop any item in their showroom throughout the monthPlease note this is an automatic billing, and members who do not participate in the active membership may accumulate store creditsCredits expire months after the charge.Regarding the charges, upon further investigation, we see that the customer received a refund on February *** 2014, however, the account was not deactivated on that date (see attached image #1) During the months of March and April, the customer skipped the month from their showroom, therefore avoiding the charge (see attached image #2). From the month of May until July 2014, the system attempted to automatically make charge, however the attempts failed and therefore the customer was not charged (see attached image #3). From the month of August until October 2014, the customer did not skip the month and was charged for store creditThe $39.95 store credit for October wasrefunded on November *** 2014, and the VIP account was deactivated at the customer’s request (see attached image #1).For the remaining store credit of $79.91, the customer is welcome to contact our Claims Department.In order to be eligible for a refund of store credit charged beyond days, the customer must write a letter or send an email to our Claims department explaining the case and why they were not able to call within our day limit to request a refundAll requests sent to the Claims department must be typed and mailed or emailed to:Adore Me: Claims*** *** ***

I like that most everything on the site is a set The prices are reasonable and the quality is great

I love my stuff I order from adore meThe only thing is half the time when I go to order a bra or panties your out of my size

Love my new lingerie very sexy and tye fit is just right

There stuff is often comfortable and cute to wear it make me feel sexy and the design are well thought out they support your breast while not making you look wreid underneath

I have been a customer with Adore me for almost a year and I have not had any bad experiences I recommended them to my friend and she loves the service

I'm torn with these guysThe products I've ordered are visually beautifulI've gotten setsof them broke, One lasted months and another within a monthThey replaced one set, but the older one they said was outside the month guarantee
Also, note that if you get any of their freebies (the tote bag, sunglasses, belly bracelet) those orders don't count towards you buy 5, get one free
I suggest you wear these right away so that you know within the month if they are well made
Again, gorgeous looking products, just not necessarily sturdy or lasting

Would not refund hundreds of dollars they took from my accountAnd unhelpful customer serviceAlso the products are very low quality

I heard about this app through a buddy of mine he told me how much his wife loved it, so I gave it a shot...and my wife really loves getting a surprise gift from me on the mail every monthAnother plus is I don't feel awkward going into a lingerie store I can't shop for my wife from my phone or computerThanks again
