We are not trying by any
means to force customers in a subscription program
I have attached below a
screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options (as seen in image
#1):
Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent
a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the ***
reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchaseCustomers who do
neither before the *** are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time
Emails regarding membership sent to the customer in question (as seen in image
#2):
The customer did not skip or make a purchase in March
and was charged on 03/**//2014, 04/**/2014, 05/06/and 06/**/but contacted
us on 07/**/and agreed to be placed on a payment vacation for the
following months at the time she calledAs previously stated this customer
was already unsubscribed

I investigated the customer’s case, and it appears that the items they were trying to purchase using the
discount were not sale itemsOnly the items on the sale page were eligible for
this offer and the of the items the customer had in her cart (named ***,
***) were color variations of of the sale items (***, ***) but were
not sale items themselvesThat is why the discount unfortunately did not
applyThe system automatically applies the discount if all the conditions are
met and that is the reason for which the agent was not able to manually apply
the discount
That
being said, we deeply apologize for any miscommunication
the customer may have experienced with our customer serviceIt is certainly not our
intention to frustrate shoppers
In
regards to the VIP membership, customers who select the VIP Membership option

my second purchase, I followed the instructions on hoe to measure I received my bustier and it fits perfectly The material is substantial and the print looks like the pictures I ordered Love it!

As per dealing with Adore Me, I've had problemsThe product is good and exactly as expectedAs with ordering any clothing items, if you follow their sizing chart etceverything works outI've not once had to return an item

Good products for the valueJust wish it wasn't a monthly requirement plan but it's practices are user friendly to get out of the plan
This business signs you up for a "VIP membership" automatically, and then charges $every month, which can be refunded within days or becomes store creditHowever, if that is not spent and you wish to remove yourself from the service, then you forfeit the credit, even though they took your money with no services rendered
Also, if you even want to remove yourself from the service, then you are required to go through several pages where they essentially harass you and try to keep you as a customerThis is after I was required to send an email wishing to remove myself, and then finally provided the link to discontinue my service, which I couldn't without forfeiting the $in store credit that I was required to pay and failed to request a refund in the appropriate amount of time
The majority of this company's poor ratings stem from many people's inability to readAdoreMe runs on a monthly subscription basis, which is clearly and visibly written on their main page, at checkout and plastered just about everywhere on their siteYou do not have to subscribe to their VIP membership to order from them though, and even if you have subscribed, you have the ability to skip shopping each month, which means you will NOT get billed for that month's subscriptionMy experience with this company has been incredibly positiveThe product quality is great for the price, and the items I have found here are much nice and comfortable than the plastic sandpaper many other competitor sites offer
This company is AWESOME! The products are as describedThe App is so convenient I am telling everyone I know about it
