I should have read these reviews before purchasing anything from them. The products are very cheaply made. They're paying in bulk for it for probably 10 cents a piece and then selling the sets for $50. It's not hard to rip or tear their products at all. I could have spent about the same amount of money on luxury material. I'm so disappointed but you live and you learn. I learned that being an Adore Me customer is the pits. To whomever who decides to buy anything from this company: GOOD LUCK!

I looked into the customer's account and
it appears that when they placed the order using the Groupon code, they chose
the VIP option and thus enrolled in the membership, as opposed to the
commitment-free Pay As You Go option (See attached Image 1)Customers who select the
VIP Membership option during checkout are sent a membership confirmation email,
and also an email before the fifth reminding them to either skip the month or
make a purchaseCustomers who do neither before the fifth are charged $39.95,
which turns to store credit available for their use at any time
Moreover,
it appears that the customer did not unsubscribe, and the membership is still
active (See attached Image 2)
I
have also attached a screenshot of the charges history in the customer's
account (Image 3)
The customer was, indeed, refunded for the most
recent charge of $on February **, For the remaining store
credit of $(December and January) the customer is welcome to file a claim
and request a refund from our claims department. Credits
resulting from the monthly charge on the 6th are only eligible for a refund up
to days past the date of the chargeIn order to be eligible for a refund of
store credit charged beyond days, the customer must write a letter to our
claims department explaining the case and why they were not able to call within
our day limit to request a refundThe email address must be included in the
letterAll requests sent to the claims department must be typed and mailed to:

will analyze the case and provide an answer by email within business days
(from the moment they mailed out the letter) if they are from the US or

that in any arbitration of a dispute or claim, neither party will rely for
preclusive effect on any award or finding of fact or conclusion of law made in

partyExcept as otherwise provided for herein, Adore Me.com will pay all AAA
filing, administration, and arbitrator fees for any arbitration initiated in
accordance with the notice requirements aboveIf, however, the arbitrator
finds that either the substance of your claim or the relief sought in the
Demand is frivolous or brought for an improper purpose (as measured by the
standards set forth in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b)), then the payment
of all such fees will be governed by the AAA RulesIn such case, you agree to
reimburse Adore Me.com for all monies previously disbursed by it that are
otherwise your obligation to pay under the AAA RulesIn addition, if you
initiate an arbitration in which you seek more than $25,in damages, the
payment of these fees will be governed by the AAA rulesAn award may be
entered against a party who fails to appear at a duly noticed hearing
(d) If, after finding in your favor in any
respect on the merits of your claim, the arbitrator issues you an award that is
greater than the value of Adore Me.com's last written settlement offer made
before an arbitrator was selected, then Adore Me.com will:

amount of the award or $2,("the alternative payment"), whichever
is greater; and

pay your attorney, if
any, the amount of attorney's fees, and reimburse any expenses (including
expert witness fees and costs), that your attorney reasonably accrues for
investigation, preparing, and pursuing your claim in arbitration (the
"attorney's fees")
If Adore Me.com did
not make a written offer to settle the dispute before an arbitrator was
selected, you and your attorney will be entitled to receive the alternative
payment and the attorney's fees, respectively, if the arbitrator awards you any
relief on the meritsThe arbitrator may make rulings and resolve disputes as
to the payment and reimbursement of fees, expenses, and the alternative payment
and the attorney's fees at any time during the proceeding and upon request from
either party made within days of the arbitrator's ruling on the merits
(e) The right to attorney's fees and
expenses discussed in paragraph (d) supplements any right to attorney's fees
and expenses you may have under applicable lawThus, if you would be entitled
to a larger amount under applicable law, this provision does not preclude the
arbitrator from awarding you that amountHowever, you may not recover
duplicative awards of attorney's fees or costsAlthough under some laws Adore
Me.com may have a right to an award of attorney's fees and expenses if it
prevails in an arbitration, Adore Me.com will not seek such an award
(f) The arbitrator may award injunctive
relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the
extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party's individual
claim. YOU AND ADORE ME.COM AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE
OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITIES AND NOT AS PLAINTIFFS OR CLASS
MEMBERS IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING OR IN THE CAPACITY
OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL. The arbitrator shall not have
the power to commit errors of law or legal reasoning, and the parties agree
that any injunctive award may be vacated or corrected on appeal by either party
to a court of competent jurisdiction for any such errorEach party will bear
its own costs and fees on any such appealThe arbitrator shall not award
relief in excess of what these Terms provide or award punitive damages or any
other damages not measured by actual damagesFurther, unless both you and
Adore Me.com agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one
person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a
representative or class proceedingIf this specific proviso is found to be
unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null
and void
(g) All aspects of the arbitration
proceeding, and any ruling, decision or award by the arbitrator, will be
strictly confidential, other than as part of an appeal to a court of competent

I've had Adore Me for a while and I love it... But
The only one thing I would complain is that I found out the hard way was the bra sizes I don't know if they are accurate but I'm a 34D normally but I have to buy 34DD with Adore Me.. Other than that I love the bras and the underwear that's all I wear now....

I do not recall anywhere seeing potential purchasers being warned of restocking fees before buying, but rather very large and bold advertising that "ALL RETURNS ARE FREE" including shipping. Either free means free or it does not.
My decision to purchase over the internet from Adore Me was almost entirely based on how much this company trumpets their free returns policy, which I felt would remove the risk of buying clothing sight unseen. It is a deceptive business practice to hide a major caveat such as restocking or any other fees in a disclosure no where near as apparent as the promise of free returns.
Are businesses really allowed to advertise using the word free when there is a charge attached?

I love the items Adore Me offers. The quality of the items are acceptable and well made. The VIP price is acceptable and the sales are great! The only change I would suggest is to add longer tops to the line of fitness apparel because I would like to purchase some of those items if longer tops were available.

I have purchased a total of 5 bras from this company and have been disappointed each time. As a matter of fact, I am unable to wear a singe one. Orders are accurate and timely. The product is terrible.

Adore me sells good quality lingerie for a reasonable price. They ship in a timely fashion.

Every time I buy a product from Adore Me, I love it! I have never had an issue with them and am always happy with my purchase and how fast it ships!

This company has been very helpful with any questions. They have good products for sale. Everything I have ordered has came in two weeks time. It is one of the better company out there; it seems to me.

This company sell a quality products

I've orders from adore me multiple times with no issues. However my last shipment was mistakenly shipped to an old address and when I reached out to their customer care team to try to rectify and understand where the miscommunication stemmed. It took their customer care team weeks to reach out to me and when they did they just passed me along to UPS who would not be able to help me anyways as the package had already been wrongly delivered for an extended time. Wouldn't use their service again

I love Adore Me! I've bought at least 6 bra/underwear sets from them, that I love. I have a really hard time finding strapless bras that I like. Ive got two from Adore Me that fit perfect.
