One caveat: "collecting" sets may become addictive! ;) I seem to find myself finding sets that "I can't live without" every time I visit the AM app!

I refuse to contact this company personally as they offer such awful customer service and do not complete requests - which is why I am contacting the Revdex.com so that this situation can be documented and resolved. I continue to receive emails from Adore Me (see attached dated August **) and they obviously have not deleted me from their system as they provided a screen shot with my name present on their system. Why is my request so difficult to address and complete? This is ridiculous.

Every product I have ordered has been great! The price is really good and the quality is excellent

The worst experience ever on the internet. They advertise $29.95 the first set but of course mine was out of stock so they just charged me $39.95. I have been trying to cancel this "so called" account for four months. They rip $39.95 out of my account every month, no product sent because I did not order anything. So every month I have to call them and ask for my money back, takes 2-3 days. Now on the 4 th money they have decided to make me jump through hoops to. Again, never mentioned it before. Never order from them!!!!!

I should have read these reviews before I made an online purchase. I just had a negative experience with this business. I placed an order online and decided I didn't really want the items. The system automatically enrolled me in this VIP Group which I was unaware of. It says online that you have 30 minutes to cancel your order by going to "my orders" under you account. I placed the order at 12:19 and tried to cancel at 12:39. However, when I went into my account and looked under my orders - there was NO option to cancel. So, I sent an email via their "contact us" button at least five times. NO RESPONSE. I was trying to cancel my order even before it was processed and shipped. Guess what?? The next day, the business shipped my order. So, I found the number and called them. I was on hold for 30 minutes. Then, when speaking with the rep she asked why did I want to cancel. My response simply was because I didn't want the items. She then said she would email a return label to return the pkg when it arrives for a full refund. I did receive an email with the label and I will be returning the items. Or I may just keep them because it says online that you can only exchange - although the rep told me I can return. In the meantime, because of the experience, I jumped on Revdex.com to see reviews...OMG. I am in awe. One thing I do know is that I will immediately be canceling the card I used for this purchase. They will not get a 39.95 out of me each month for something I didn't order or don't want. This business is truly a scam.

Company keeps fraudulently charging us, customer service is of no help has claimed a manger would call us back for weeks now. Impossible to contact someone high up in company. Calling bank soon about fraudulent charges.

Each purchase I have made with this company has been positive. They represent themselves exactly as they are. Their products are of excellent quality and have great fits, true to size. I've been happy with every purchase I've made and am really pleased with the price point and length of time for delivery. All in all an excellent company. Will not disappoint.

I absolutely love this company. It has saved me so much money and really helped me find exactly what I needed. They always deliver on time or early and are great at getting back with the customers.

I've been purchasing from this company for about 4 years now and I have barely purchased similar items from anyone else in that whole time. Their products are great quality and their customer service (in my experience) is more than adequate.

I adore everything that I have ordered. Everything was beautiful and they fit perfectly.

Anytime there has been a problem with shipping or the garment itself they are very quick to resolve it for me. It's always taken care of in 24 hours or less depending on when I submit the problem.

Adore me is actually a really wonderful company. I read many of the reviews before purchasing and it concerned me but I took a shot and haven't regret it yet. I've been a member for about a year now and one time (last month) I actually didn't skip the month) and I called in to customer care. I was literally on hold for 12 seconds before a lovely rep picked up the phone Juliannie picked up the phone she was very helpful and kind and refunded me back with no hesitation. You can also do this online (I did not know this). I think this company deserves another chance. A lot of you people don't know how to read so of course you would not understand why you got charged. Maybe they expanded and have more customer care agents but I find it hard to believe people where on the phone for 2 hours. I will continue to shop here .

Sizing is inconsistent. I was excited to see a new company that was offering DDD's, aND cute ones too. But they failed to deliver. I wasn't going to do a negative survey, I normally don't, but after a ton of emails the past week asking for them, fine, I will do the survey.

The response failed in any way to address the specific issues mentioned in the complaint, other than simply re-stating their membership policy. They did not address either the fact that my credit card was charged even after the account was cancelled WITHOUT NOTIFICATION or their decision to so far refund none of the over $300 in charges that have appeared on my credit card. In addition, they have failed to explain why it is that they feel it is acceptable to enroll customers in a monthly payment plan with just one click but in order to cancel that enrollment it requires a written letter (not email, but written) to be sent to a claims department that is unreachable by any other means. 
I continue to await a clear and actual response to my issues as stated above.
