I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I was told that I would still recieve the bra to the set even with all the confusion and mess up. It says processing because the bra is suppose to be sent out to me and still hasnt been. I recieved the panties and not the bra. I have tried emailing and calling the company and nothing has been done about the missing piece I was told I would still recieve so I moved to Revdex.com in hopes something will get done and its still an argument with the company

First of all, I'm a man. I feel you have a great concept, however it can get confusing understanding the different styles. In both bras and panties, contour,plunge,push up,etc. Hipster,cheeky thong,etc. You find a style you like, then if you wish to select another color, the style will change ,then I'm lost. Your fabric quality and construction is great, keep it up! I will keep shopping. Thank you

Adore me has high quality product and it's sizing is true. I love everything I have ever bought from adore me.

I really love Adore Me. It gives you the opportunity to find decent quality sets with out breaking the bank!

I have been extremely pleased with everything I've bought from them. Except one item which they exchanged for me no problem. I love them.

I love the sets I get from Adore Me! They are true to size and comfortable! Delivery is fast and my order is always correct!

This business has given me the worst customer service I have ever received. The VIP program is deceptive and does not allow for the customer to know what is going on! When I called to resolve the issues I was interrupted, ignored, and made to feel stupid for not reading the fine print. This business is manipulative and underhanded. They don't want to serve people and provide a good product, they want people's money at all cost.

I have only had good experiences with Adore Me. They're products are very good quality. Always arrives on time. I love this brand.

I am so disappointed. ONE MONTH after my order I still haven't gotten my package neither my refund. This is called theft! Every time I call they tell me the same **. "They are waiting for the package to arrive to them.. Bla bla bla" What kind of package takes more than a month to be returned??! They just don't care, they don't care to locate the package to try and re send it or refund me. I will NEVER buy from them again and I'll advice all my friends to don't do business with them either. Bunch of careless thiefs.

I absolutely LOVE this company and their products are beautiful and always got perfect!! My husband loves them too!!

I have been ordering from Adore Me for quite sometime now, and it has been a positive experience every time. The order arrives in great condition and always within the time frame given. It is great quality and the fit is perfect. I recently had to exchange an order for a different size and it was so simple, when I placed another order a couple of days later the price if the returned item was subtracted from the total! No fuss, no dealing with anyone, boom done!! Adore Me has been by far the best online shopping experience I've ever had!

means to force customers in a subscription program.
I have attached below a
screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options (as seen in image
#1):
Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent
a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the [redacted]
reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase. Customers who do
neither before the [redacted] are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time.
Emails regarding membership sent to the customer in question (as seen in image
#2):
The customer has not received any additional
charges other than for the purchase made by this customer on 09/**/2014. As
previously stated this customer’s account has been unsubscribed from the VIP
membership.

Bras are always amazing

Lingerie at its Finest! by far my favorite website, so many styles to choose from, quick shipping time, I have already recommended to my friends and family!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I placed my first and only order from them 8/** and received tracking showing it would be delivered on 8/** which was changed to 8/**. It is now 8/** and no package and tracking is all over the place with no updates. I have tried to contact the company to ensure cancellation of the VIP membership scam only to not be able to reach anyone. I would be on hold for extended periods of time only to finally hear the phone ring but then get immediately hung up on. This happened several times. I located a corporate office number only to get a "Mailbox Full" recording so that only further confirms my suspicions about this scam company. Attempts to post on their FB page were blocked and they also do not answer their emails requesting assistance.
I called the toll free number yet again and this time chose to speak to a "Stylist" knowing someone would answer because they assume the person calling wants help deciding on a product. Well the girl who answered was super friendly until I told her why I was calling and had placed me on hold for 10 minutes before coming back and telling me that her Manager was not in and that she could put in a request for her to "email" me. I told her at this point that I wanted the VIP cancelled and she told me that she didn't know if the "system" would let her and that it would have to be cancelled later since there is an order in transit. Frankly a membership has nothing to do with an order that I ALREADY PAID FOR. I called her out on it and she became hostile in her tone. She continued to spew lie after lie until I decided I had had enough of listening to her repetitive babble. I will have to cancel my debit card at this point. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "COMPANY" as they are NOT LEGIT!
