If you require a customer to call in for a refund or to close an account, then you should have the phone lines staffed so that calls are answered in a reasonable timeframe. The fact that the company refuses to refund one month because I finally got through on the phone line a handful of days after the 30 day policy, is just more evidence of their extremely poor customer service.  It's unreasonable and should serve as a warning to prospective customers.  Potential customers should google reviews on this company.  They will find a history of unchecked, poor customer service.

I love shopping at Adore Me, my sizes are always available and my items get shipped promptly.

When I put on my garments that I get from adore me they make my feel so beautiful. Even though they are under my clothes I know they are there an beautiful.

The bra set I ordered is gorgeous so sexy I totally love it.

My wife bought a product on this site as a gift and were signed up for a 39.99 subscription service. We were billed without consent for four months. When we called they refused to refund the charges past one month. asked to speak to a manager and was told no manager was available.

Usually I'm pretty happy with adore me. Coms service but my last order was awful.. After changing my address on the app to make sure my items went to my new address adore me shipped it to my old address which I tried to get corrected and after calling multiple times I was informed they wouldn't issue a refund even tho a past conversation with an adore me rep stated I could receive a refund. I paid for merchandise I never received.. I won't be ordering from again

I love your deals and selections. My best stuff has come from adore me. The prices are reasonable and every item I have gotten is comfortable.

I have spoken to customer service for various reasons. Everytime I have had a good experience. I have dealt with exchanges, problems with checking out, and problems with my order. I have also been a vip member for close to a year now. Skipping the month is not hard and I never get charged if I don't want to. Customer service is friendly and does their job. I do have a slight problem with wait times over the phone but I also keep in mind that thousands of people could be calling in at once. Overall, I love Adore Me more than its rival and will continue to be a customer. Especially since they give me gifts for purchases as well.

I bought something from this pager, and as everybody else I did not know that I was enrolling for a monthly "service".
I called in January and took me about 2 hours to get on hold of someone to cancel the subscription. That was it for a while, but they never returned the 2 months charge from before so I logged in and at least tried to use the store credit I had and guess what? They enrolled me again, even when I had not enrolled this time for their VIP subscription. I spent month after month skipping the month since to be honest I did not wanted to call again and wait another 2 hours. Then my card was cloned and had to changed it so I though "well at least now they won't be charging me" but 2 months after the change of card, they started to charge me again with my new card which I never disclosed with them the number!!!! This company is horrible, really horrible, do not do business with them.

I love the way adore feels and looks. They are very pretty:). My husband definitely loves them. Recommended
