I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Adore Me failed to acknowledge why they did not refund me my subscription charge according to their 30 day policy which states:
"We have a 30 day, no questions asked refund policy for store credit you don’t want on your Adore Me account."
The date I asked for a refund was exactly 30 dates following a charge made on February **, 2014, yet the company insists that because it was "one month ago," they cannot refund me the amount, even if it falls within the 30 day time frame.
The company has thus,
1) Either falsely advertised their policy (at [redacted]) or
2)Is failing to adhere to their own policies by refusing to refund me my store credit purchased February **,2014

I love how cute and comfortable adore me products are. However, the sizing doesn't seem to be consistent and mine haven't been lasting through wash cycles. I would also like to be able to choose my size of bottoms when I buy pajamas or other items. All in all the product is not terrible. Also very cute

Totally awful company! Charges $40 a month to my credit card without getting my permission first. Disgusting. Someone should put together a class action lawsuit to sue these scammers.

This is a great website. They deliver good quickly. I recently purchased a set that did not fit the way I expected and had no problem returning it for a refund.

We have attached a screen shot of the shopping cartwith the two payment options offered to the customers at checkout (as seen inimage #1).Customers who select the VIP Membership optionduring checkout are sent a membership confirmation email  (in which the terms of the membership areexplained). The membership confirmation email was sent to the customer on 2014-12-** (as seen in image#2). Unfortunately, it appears that the customer did not open this email. VIP members who do not shop or skip by the 6th day ofeach month (11:59:59 p.m. EST), are charged $39.95 and receive the sameamount in store credit. VIP members who do skip the month (before the 6thday 11:59:59 p.m. EST) may change their minds and are free to shopany item in their showroom throughout the month. Please note this is anautomatic billing, and members who do not participate in the activemembership may accumulate store credits.  Customers are able to request a refund directly,here: http://www.adoreme.com/charges, within 30 days of the charge.For the remaining store credit the customer needs to contactour Claims department. In order to be eligible for a refund of storecredit charged beyond 30 days, the customer must write a letter or send anemail to our Claims department explaining the case and why they werenot able to request a refund within our 30 day limit.  All requests sent to the Claims departmentmust be typed and mailed OR emailed to:Adore Me: Claims[redacted]We will provide an answer by email within 10 business days.Moreover, please note that the customer was charged for store credit, as they were still an active VIP member at that time. My service was AMAZING.
The size didn't fit so I packaged up the item in the original box and went online to the adoreme.com site to return it. The process was simple and easy. Printed off my return label and ordered the new size then and there. Before I sent out the return box my replacement order was on the way.
Got my new item today and it fits perfectly.

customer’s case, and see that they have since reached us and been unsubscribed as
of 9/**/2014.
We are not trying by any
means to force customers in a subscription program.
I have attached below a

Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent
a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the [redacted]
reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase. Customers who do
neither before the [redacted] are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time.
Emails regarding membership sent to the customer in question (as seen in image

The customer did not did not receive any charges
other than her first purchase. At this time the customer’s credit card
information has been removed and she has no store credit in her account. As
previously stated this customer is not unsubscribed.

I have been a loyal AdoreMe customer for a while now. I think that speaks for itself. I believe that AdoreMe is a viable competitor to VS lingerie. The price and quality is just right.

Customer service is amazing, shipping is quick, options are ever changing, and sizing is pretty accurate most of the time. I couldn't ask for more form a company.

Great lingerie and sleepwear to spice up your collection. Quality of all items I ordered is excellent.

As always your products showed up in a reasonable amount of time, nicely packaged and in perfect condition. Thryre adorable and just as seen in the photos. Although the wiring under the arm does dig in a little bit.

Look, the products aren't bad, and they make it fun and easy to buy. BUT, while they make it easy to refund each month's payment, they make you JUMP THROUGH HOOPS to unsubscribe~ I have tried 3 times. I'm a busy lady, and find it hard to call customer service during the day. But I finally did, and they sent me a link to unsubscribe. WHAT THEY DON"T TELL YOU is that you cannot unsubscribe from your smartphone.
So, you can imagine my surprise when my account was charged AGAIN. I emailed customer service, who did NOT BOTHER to reply to my email (disappointing). When I called during business hours, they assured me that they had refunded my purchase. They did NOT, however, take me off of VIP, which is when I learned that if I used a used a smartphone to click on the link that took me to a series of multiple questions, and tricky tactics (MUST answer the questions AND through multiple pages (!!! OMG)... if I didn't use a desktop or laptop... well then,I would have to do it all again. PATHETIC. ABSURD MULTI-PAGE SILLY PROCESS, AND A BURDEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. "

Great place to buy quality lingerie for my wife. Never even a size problem. Quick delivery, and even in a gift box.
I will shop here again!

Second time items were not received. I will be ending my membership. Maybe you should consider an option for customers to either sign for items or hold for pick up. I loved getting your items! It was fun to shop and receive things when I first started. My only issue now is with the shipping and lack of responsibility on your part.

Wait times usually average between3-6 minutes, though there is a  peak in the early mornings and afternoons.
