I looked into the
customer’s case, and see that they have since reached us and been unsubscribed
as of 7/*/201.
We are not trying by any
means to force customers in a subscription program.
I have attached below a
screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options (as seen in image
#1):
Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent
a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the [redacted]
reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase. Customers who do
neither before the [redacted] are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time.
Emails regarding membership sent to the customer in question (as seen in image
#2):
The customer did not skip or make a purchase in May
and was charged on 05/**/2014, 06/[redacted]/2014, 07/**/2014. As previously stated this
customer has been unsubscribed.

I've made several purchases from Adore Me (lingerie and swimsuits) and I've been very happy with every single one. All the items are true to size, and they offer many promotions and sales for VIP members. I almost always purchase during the buy one get one free sale, and am always satisfied.
So far, so good. The products are as advertised and refunds are hassle free.
Excellent products and excellent customer service.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have already cancelled my membership and asked for a refund 3x, (please refer to attachments) why should I continue to do so? They continued to took unauthorized funds from me and have refused to reimburse me. If I am unable to resolve this matter I will pursue a lawsuit in small claims court and file a complaint with Consumer Protection of Connecticut.

Excellent quality and fast delivery. I have been a customer for 4 years plus and love the lingerie as well as the pajamas and swimwear. Better than department store quality all around.
I personally love AdoreMe, I have a big bust and always have a difficult time finding a good fitting bra but AdoreMe has done it. They make perfectly fitting bras in large sizes that are not only great fitting but beautiful. I like that I can always choose to skip a month and not be charged. Their returns are also extremely easy, exchanges too. Their customer service is very good, they are quick to respond to emails and very helpful by phone.
An absolutely horrendous experience. I tried multiple times to cancel my membership and refund my credit after my first purchase, I fought tooth and nail for six months. The product is definitely not worth the headache of dealing with a company like this.
This company is horrible! They entice a customer to sign up for their VIP program, then it is next to impossible to get rid of them! Every month they have charged my credit card even though I have cancelled the program. I have gone to their webpage to have my credit information removed and it keeps showing up again and being used every month! If you don't keep check on your account, they take your money for no product purchase! They don't even have a corporate phone number to call and complain! Do not ever get into this VIP program!

My concern is not about whether or not I will be charged. My concern is that Adore Me has my information and I do not want them to have it anymore. I want to be removed from their system completely. I do not want them to have my address, phone number, email address, or credit card information. I do not know where they got the idea that I thought I was being falsely charged. That is nowhere in my complaint. Also, nowhere in their reply do I see an apology. Again, I would like to be REMOVED from their system (as if I never existed), I would reallly like for them to change their policy so that a customer can unsubscribe at ANY time (not just when Adore ME allows it), and I would like an apology for all of this.

Always great quality and a great fit! Super fast shipping and I love the reward system!
The products I ordered came in a timely manner as described in the delivery tracker. I was able to track my deliveries every step of the way. I was not charged anything other than was expecting. My products came and we're very good quality and fit properly. My overall experience of this company was wonderful.
I have had great experience with their product, shipping, returns and customer service.

options, as seen in image 1. It is clearly visible that the “first style for
$24.95” offer is only valid for the VIP membership option.
Furthermore, as mentioned in our Terms
and Conditions, here: [redacted],
once placed, all orders are automatically transferred to our warehouse to be
fulfilled and cannot be cancelled that is why the customer service representatives
were unable to cancel the order at the customer’s request.
Upon further investigation it appears that
this order was delivered on 02/**/2014. The customer is free to return the
order to us for a refund.
Moreover, by using the Adore Me.com,
Corp. website the customer agrees to follow and be bound by our Terms and
Conditions. I have also attached the part about membership cancellations.
To cancel the VIP
membership, it is necessary to contact our Client
Services. Our Customer Care Center is open Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. –
8:30 p.m. (EST), not including weekends and holidays. In order to avoid the
monthly charge for store credit, the customer is free to skip the month by
clicking on the Skip button located in their showroom, which is active between
the [redacted] and the [redacted] every month. The membership is
flexible, therefore customers are not obligated to make a purchase every month.

I have not received a refund for August, as mentioned by the Adoreme representative. And as attached, the benefits of the VIP membership do not clearly say that I would be charged 39.95 every single month. I want a refund for the months where I was unaware of Adoreme charging me without my knowledge (June, July, August). I have contacted their claims department, and they still have not gotten back to me.
