It took me awhile to find the right size, but after I did, I've had nothing but good experiences with this site. Shipping is quick, every so often they have really good deals and sales.

complaint ID # [redacted]First of all, we would like to apologize to the customer for the dissatisfying  service they received. In regards to the membership, we would  like to explain how it works. We have attached a screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options offered to the customers at checkout (as seen in image #1).Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent a membership confirmation email and reminder emails before the [redacted] reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase. The membership confirmation email was sent to the customer on 2014-05-** (as seen in image #2). VIP members who do not shop or skip by the [redacted] day of each month (11:59:59 p.m. EST), are charged $39.95 and receive the same amount in store credit. Members may redeem this credit on AdoreMe.com at any time. VIP members who do skip the month (before the [redacted] day 11:59:59 p.m. EST) may change their minds and are free to shop any item in their showroom throughout the month. Please note this is an automatic billing, and members who do not participate in the active membership may accumulate store credits.  Customers are able to request a refund directly, here: [redacted], within 30 days of the charge.That being said, it appears that the customer has been unsubscribed  from the membership on January [redacted], 2015 and January’s store credit was refunded on the same day (seeattached image #3).For the remaining $239.70 store credit, the customer is welcome to contact our Claims Department.In order to be eligible for a refund of store credit charged beyond 30 days, the customer must write a letter or send an email to our Claims department explaining the case and why they were not able to call within our 30 day limit to request a  refund. All requests sent to the Claims department must be typed and mailed OR emailed to:

Very frustrated with shipping. First order came with I'll sown bottoms. Sizes run small. Not easy to contact.

Adore Me is a very user friendly company. They have great quality items for sale. Their website is easily navigable and have had no problems with delivery of merchandise. Highly recommend this company.

This business is absolutely horrible. The customer service is both inconvenient and unprofessional. I recently tried to order clothing from this business. My order was shipped using more than one postal carrier and was marked as delivered, however it was not delivered to either my address or mailbox.
I tried to reach out to the company and was told to come back with [redacted] case number, which I did. When I tried to call the company's only phone number, the automated system claimed a 6 minute hold time. 12 minutes later, I was transferred to voicemail box 350, which was full and then disconnected.
I tried to call again. 14 minutes later, I connected to a representative who hung up on my 3 words into my greeting.
My third call made it 12 minuted before disconnecting. The 4th call had a 14 minute hold and I spoke with a representative who apologized profusely but claimed there were no managers for me to speak to and that I should try email, and I would hear something back at the end of the day. There has been no further contact. I only want the package I paid for and to cancel my membership, however it is so difficult to contact this company I am afraid I will be unable to get either one.
Buyers beware- Adore Me has shady, unreliable service and it borderline impossible to contact with any issues.

I love your bra but I'm sick of paying boarder fee it cost me $39 again to pick it up at the post office I'm done ordering on line

Adore Me is my favorite undergarment website, ever! The styles are always cute and their size range is very big. The VIP membership is probably my favorite feature of the website; they send you a monthly reminder to check out the new showroom or to skip the month, and if you forget to skip the month, you get a store credit or you can always get your money back. Also, after you buy five sets, you get the sixth one for free (who doesn't love free stuff?). The free shipping is a major plus. The bras, undies, bathing suits and even pjs are very true to size. There is always an awesome bonus deal going on. I highly recommend this website to many of my friends, my mom even loves their sets.

We looked into the customer’s account
and it appears that when they placed the order using the exchange code, they
chose the VIP option and thus re-enrolled in the membership (See attached image
1). Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent
a membership confirmation email, and an email reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase. Customers who do
neither before are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time.
The
customer needed to choose the commitment-free, Pay-As-You-Go option in order to
avoid this issue (See attached image 2).
Therefore, the $39,95 charge is not
connected to the order, it is actually the monthly store credit for February (also mentioned in the image provided by the customer). The
order was placed on February [redacted]and the store credit charge
occurred on February [redacted].
That being said, we were able to refund the customer for this charge (See attached image 3).
We apologize for any inconvenience this
confusion may have caused, and encourage the customer to contact us directly
via phone if they wish to unsubscribe from the membership.

The product is great and true to size and absolutely adorable!! I have many sets of bras and panties which are so cute and sexy and some sleepwear which is so soft!! You can't go wrong!!

Clearly my last rejection email was not read. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH ANY CODE FOR A "FREE SET" from Adore Me. Please take a moment to look up the code you claimed to have emailed to me and see that it has never been used. I have received ZERO emails from Adore Me to the email address on my account, which I check daily. Since the company hasn't taken the time to research my account and WHY I am so upset, I have compiled my entire DETAILED account history with screen shots of all charges and emails sent and received. Please review this entire document.
I will not accept a “free set” worth $39.95 because it is not an even or comparable resolution. I believe it is only fair for you to refund the entire $49.95 I HAVE ALREADY PAID YOU. If you can easily take money out of my account every month, then you can easily return it for all the trouble you have caused me and all the time you have wasted.

I've found Adore Me products and customer service to be fantastic. They have absolutely the best items to buy for your gf or wife. I always have a pleasant and trouble free shopping experience shopping through the website or mobile app. Customer service is top notch and will do their best to help you with your shopping experience. 5 Stars!!

For all the reasons spoken before, this is functionally a scam.
They are sending the same automated response with NO care for my experience as a customer, or for the Revdex.com customer review process.
They have not addressed their unauthorized usage of my card to issue a "refund," or the fact that their mobile site is not properly indicative of what the VIP membership is.
I will accept nothing less than a full refund of all "VIP" charges, totaling near $300.
I would like to know what the Revdex.com is planning on doing about this (and several other) cases. This company being a continued "better business" as marked by the Revdex.com makes me disappointed in the standards that are being held, and makes me lose faith in what the Revdex.com stands for.
