Aftet emailing and calling the company repeatedly and getting no where. I contacted Revdex.com. I then let the company know that I had contacted the Revdex.com and they suddenly had a change of heart and decided to honor their return policy. I received a refund minus a restocking fee. I'm thankful to have my...

money back but would never shop through Adore Me again. Nor would I advice anyone else to.

I would like to say that adore me lingerie has been one of the best mail order companies I've ever worked with. Great interactive website/app good customer service, and fast and expedited shipping.

I called a few hours after I put in the order.  I told them repeatedly to cancel my order and they refused. My credit card had not been charged yet. I wanted them to stop the order before it shipped. I was told I had to wait for it to be shipped and then to send it back after it arrived. I mailed the product back and I am waiting for a full refund. I don't want any further business with this company.

Fantastic products, amazing customer service, it doesn't get much better! I wish I had found them sooner - I have not once been disappointed in a product ordered. They ship fast and returns (if necessary) are very easy. Plus to be able to get high quality bras at such an affordable price in almost any size imaginable is a HUGE plus!

Great products! Great customer service!

The one small complaint I have is that the underwires have come out of a couple, quicker than expected.

I adore Adore Me there products are awesome and I've never had any issues wish shipping

The bra I most recently purchased was very pretty, but it was very loud. Loud as in it was extremely creaky when I would move and the band of material (similar to the straps) underneath the wiring, would always flip up and wouldn't stay in place.
It is the same material on the panty lining and it seems to stretch out a bit, losing it's snug shape.

I have not been refunded the full amount Adore Me has (AUTOCHARGED) my banking account each month, which happened in a very unethical way of scamming customers into a VIP service automatically when you choose to buy a product at a reduced price. As shown in the refund attachment from the company, it is listed I was AUTOCHARGED seven times at $39.95 for the total amount of $279.65. However, I was only refunded the amount of $239.70 as shown in the attachments. I emailed the claims department twice, asking for a justification of why I was not fully refunded for the seven times that I was AUTOCHARGED at $39.95, with the dates and amounts straight from my banking account statement of the charges. I received no response from the company, and I am still looking for a justification for why I was not fully refunded.

Been ordering from adore me for a year and everything has always been perfect! Accurate sizing...gorgeous things...amazing quality...timely delivery! Could not be more pleased...

Very good set. Very flattering and comfortable.

I love everything I have purchased from Adore Me. It fits perfectly and delivery is so quick. The styles are amazing. The only down side is not finding my size in sets that I really like.

I have been please with my experience with Adore Me, Inc. Refunds and returns are made easy and the company truly guarantees their product to ensure you are satisfied. I continue to shop Adore Me, Inc.

Be very careful if you order from this company. They offer a introductory price and never tell you that that signs you up for a monthly subscription. They will charge your acount $39.95. Very sneaky. I not only requested a refund and un subscribed, but canceled my card and requested a new one from my bank. Any company that does business like that, I don't trust to not try to charge me again.

Worth it! Affordable apparel that has always been great quality. Always a big selection from sizes (including plus size), colors, to styles. Realistic models that actually represent the common woman today. Great business and service. My favorite part of Adore Me is that the sizes are true to as they say.
