Love everything I've purchased here. The clothing is very well made. Also, the VIP Club, with its flexible membership, is much appreciated.
I've had wonderful experiences shopping at AdoreMe.com. My purchases come quickly and usually everything fits perfectly. When I've needed to return something, there are no hassels, it's quick and easy. My replacement order will usually arrive within a couple of days. The product line is very extensive and it's great to be able to have a selection in larger sizes that are pretty and fit well. I've had a [redacted] with [redacted], so it can be difficult to find bras that aren't too "pointy" since I don't have [redacted] anymore. I've been able to find a good selection of bras that fit well and don't have an empty space at the front of the cup.

I called a few hours after I put in the order. I told them repeatedly to cancel my order and they refused. My credit card had not been charged yet. I wanted them to stop the order before it shipped. I was told I had to wait for it to be shipped and then to send it back after it arrived. I mailed the product back and I am waiting for a full refund. I don't want any further business with this company.

Love the products
The one small complaint I have is that the underwires have come out of a couple, quicker than expected.
The product is great along with the prices. Delivery is always prompt and is always beautifully packaged. LOVE adore me!

Fantastic products, amazing customer service, it doesn't get much better! I wish I had found them sooner - I have not once been disappointed in a product ordered. They ship fast and returns (if necessary) are very easy. Plus to be able to get high quality bras at such an affordable price in almost any size imaginable is a HUGE plus!

I have not been refunded the full amount Adore Me has (AUTOCHARGED) my banking account each month, which happened in a very unethical way of scamming customers into a VIP service automatically when you choose to buy a product at a reduced price. As shown in the refund attachment from the company, it is listed I was AUTOCHARGED seven times at $39.95 for the total amount of $279.65. However, I was only refunded the amount of $239.70 as shown in the attachments. I emailed the claims department twice, asking for a justification of why I was not fully refunded for the seven times that I was AUTOCHARGED at $39.95, with the dates and amounts straight from my banking account statement of the charges. I received no response from the company, and I am still looking for a justification for why I was not fully refunded.

I have been a VIP customer for over a year now. I love the Adore Me products. Laces could be a little more sturdy, though,

I purchased one item from this online business and did not want to enroll in a monthly program. But I was enrolled in the program anyway and I finally noticed the monthly charge on my credit card bill three months after I was enrolled. When I called to cancel, I was told that I could only get a refund for the charge on the most recent month. I said I needed all my money back and they said I could only get store credit for the other 2 months. When I asked to cancel the account and use the store credit, I was told that by canceling the account, I would also forfeit the store credit. This is not good customer service. It feels very unfair. I purchased one item only. I indicated I did not want to be sold any other products and now I am out two months' credits. I will not do business with this company again and I will not recommend it to others.
This website and business is a total scam. "Easy returns and exchanges" are listed but not an option. Once you exchange you can not refund. They also charged me because my return "didn't pass inspection" but refused to send me a picture of the "damaged item" I returned. I'm never shopping with them again.. I would suggest you don't either.
I would like to say that adore me lingerie has been one of the best mail order companies I've ever worked with. Great interactive website/app good customer service, and fast and expedited shipping.
What a horrible business model. Customer service is a nightmare. Stay away from this company and their VIP. Program it's just a way to steal your money. The program states buy 5 sets and get 201 free, however, if you have to exchange a set because it doesn't fit ( which most lijely will happen with poor quality material). Then that set no longer qualifies as one of the five. And if you buy an extra set of underwear and you use one the coupon codes plastered all over the website then that also disqualifies the entire order from "the program rules of buy 5 get one free. All of my experiences were extremely negative and frustrating. I'm sure there is a class action lawsuit with the VIP program coming soon and I can't wait to be a part of it. It's a con job. Do not do business with this company it's deceitful in all of its actions.

Regarding the subscription program, we are not trying by any means to force customers to join. I have attached a screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options (as seen in image #1).
Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the [redacted] reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase. Customers who do neither before the [redacted] are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit available for their use at any time.
That being said, we now confirm that the customer has been unsubscribed from the membership (as seen in image #2) and will no longer receive showroom notifications by email. We have also unsubscribed the customer from our newsletter. We assure the customer that there will be no further attempts to charge their credit card for store credit.
Moreover, we have attached a copy of the letter that will be sent to the customer via [redacted].
