Still waiting on the beach bag that was supposed to come with the order. Otherwise very satified with the products.
I love this site and adore me products! It's like an addiction, I so appreciate getting something free for being a "vip" when I buy a few really really cute lingerie and pajamas, cause I still would buy lots and lots ( adore me makes me feel special)??I recommend to all!!

I looked into the
customer’s case, and see that they have since reached us and been unsubscribed
as of 7/**2014 as well as refunded in the amount of $39.95 for the month of July.
We are not trying by any
means to force customers in a subscription program.
I have attached below a
screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options (as seen in image
#1):
Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent
a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the [redacted]
reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase. Customers who do
neither before the [redacted] are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time.
Emails regarding membership sent to the customer in question (as seen in image
#2):
The customer did not skip or make a purchase in July
and was charged on 07/*/2014. As previously stated I have refunded and,
unsubscribed this customer. This customer should receive an email confirming
that this account was deactivated.

I have no complaints about Adore me. I have made 5 separate orders and all were good quality, true to size and nothing has worn out on me yet. I would recommend Adore Me to anyone.
I signed up for AdoreMe’s subscription service back in April of 2014 based on the promise that I could discontinue the service at any time. After receiving 2 packages (in April and May) I decided that the quality of the product in no way matched up to the rather high price ($39.95 for most sets). I called in June to cancel the subscription altogether. Afterwards I checked my credit card bill to see if June was refunded; it was.
Based on this, I assumed they heard me loud and clear. They didn’t and continued to charge me my monthly subscription fee of $39.95. I still had a credit on my account and intended to use it at a later date, so when I got the reminder “You have a credit email” I assumed that was what it was referring to. In October I realize that I am still being charged, I email again asking what’s going on and demanding for them to cancel my account. They claim they could only cancel over the phone so I call and ask for it to be canceled AND for the money to be refunded. They said they would cancel, but did not.
I did the same song and dance in November and December over both the phone and via email and still it has not been canceled. I’ve contacted my credit card company, but unfortunately they are siding with AdoreMe because of how the user agreements are written.
To be clear I am fine with the charges up until June of 2014 when I canceled my service, but the charges which occurred afterwards I do not feel responsible for.
Do not do business with this company! They are desperate to hold onto ever customer and will trap you into a monthly charge of $39.95 which quite obviously adds up. So far they’ve gotten me for $279.65 and as a student this really hurts. Please don’t make the same mistake I have.
Adore Me, Inc. is a great company. Not only do they have a beautiful variety of products, but their turn around time is quick!

I live this company. Never had a problem with returns, refunds, product quality or false advertising.
Sizing isn't always accurate if you go by the size charts. Luckily they offer free exchanges. I love everything I've ordered, once I've gotten the right size. They have a huge selection in product and sizes.

This company has repeatedly charged my credit card 39.95 6 times without my knowledge for something that I never signed up for, a VIP membership, that supposedly I was going to receive items for monthly. Once I realized that the charges were on my card, I called the card and they filed a dispute- the company did reimburse me. I called them as well and asked to be removed from their database and this month realized that they have charged the credit card again. I had to call the credit card company again and file another claim.

This is a horrible company. Their customer service is awful. The website did not enter my apartment number, when I called their customer service thirty minutes after the order was placed and I reviewed the conformation email, the woman told me that there was nothing that she could do. It would have to be deemed lost and then I could request a resolution. When I called back, a different rep processed my request. Their customer service is outsourced. The swimsuit I received was a size Medium, and was a bit tight. I wear a size 4-6 in standard clothing. There was a hole in the suit near the chest area. I requested a return label online, but when I click to print the return label, I get an error message. I cannot email it either, as I get the same error message. I have been on the phone with customer service for over thirty minutes, and they still cannot issue me a return label. Mind you, I requested the return label the day the package was received. This website is a scam... they try and scam you into keeping their cheap products. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Luckily, I did not buy into their membership program, which I hear is another nightmare.
Have been a member for almost a year. Even though I initially had doubts about the VIP program, it has turned out to be amazing. My daughter and I have been pleased with every single purchase. Between us, we have at least 25 purchases of bra and panty sets and bathing suits. Quality products beautifully styled.
