Excellent service and product!!! Live!!
My international deliveries always arrive within a day of the expected date of arrival. Products are comfortable and fit well. True to size for the most part although the panties fit slightly small. I like the VIP membership. If I don't see anything or don't need anything for a couple months I get a $0 balance on checkout which is fantastic and I don't even notice the $40 fee coming out of my account.
Wonderful site for selection of intimates. Fast service, free returns and exchanges. Flexible membership.
I was skeptical of ordering from Adore me AT FIRST. I started out with one of their discount offers. I am hooked! Beautiful products and awesome quality. I haven't bought any other stuff from other companies since I discovered Adore Me. I even bought their pjs and I've told everyone about them. I will continue to be a loyal customer and continue to tell others about them!
I have had no issues yet. Been a member for almost a year. Soft materials. Durable make. Easy to launder. Fits true to size.
Adore Me has it all. Great service, fast and easy and FREE shipping, beautiful inventory, and an easy exchange process. Highly recommend this shop!

Wow I personally can't love Adore me more than I do-- excrept I buy the items for for my wife!! She lives thus stuff as well -- but I don't get to see it as much as I would like!! Lol

This is unacceptable and we assure the customer that we are going to investigate this issue and prevent it from reoccurring. Regarding the subscription program, we do not sign customers up automatically. I have attached a screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options (as seen in image #1).Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent a membership confirmation email and reminder emails before the [redacted] reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase. VIP members who do not shop or skip the [redacted] day of each month (11:59:59 p.m. EST), will be charged $39.95 and will receive the same amount in store credit. Members may redeem this credit on AdoreMe.com at any time. VIP members who do skip the month (before the [redacted] day 11:59:59 p.m. EST) may change their minds and are free to shop any item in their showroom throughout the month. Please note this is an automatic billing, and members who do not participate in the active membership may accumulate store credits. Credits expire 12 months after the charge. Emails regarding membership sent to the customer in question can be seen attached in image# 2. Unfortunately it appears that the customer did not open these emails.The customer is welcome to contact us by telephone again, in order to unsubscribe from the membership, and we assure the customer that once she receives the confirmation email, there will be no further charges.Credits resulting from the monthly charge on the [redacted] can be directly refunded up to 30 days past the date of the charge. We confirm have refunded the November charge to thecustomer’s account (Transaction Refund Detail For ID: [redacted]).For the remaining $39.95 store credit, the customer is welcome to contact our Claims department.In order to be eligible for a refund of store credit charged beyond 30 days, the customer must write a letter or send an email to our Claims department explaining the case and why they were not able to call within our 30 day limit to request a refund. Generally I have had a great experience with this company. However, with this order, that was not the case. I placed my original order on June * and selected to have it sent to me in SC. MY SC address is my default address. Adoreme sent my order to my billing address in MA. After tracking my package and seeing it had been sent to Mass, I was not happy and sent their customer service team an e mail asking why this had happened. In return, I got an automated message which made me even more mad. Do they not care enough to actually answer my question ? Is customer service only a click of a button to them ? So I responded and got a real person who just simply said it wasn't their fault and when my bathing suit got back to the warehouse I would receive a store credit and could re purchase my order. Problem with that: they were out of stock of that bathing suit I've been dying to get my hands on so I asked if they could forward my package to my correct address. They said no. I said that was insane. There must be a way for them to get THAT package with MY name on it,MY bathing suit in it that I paid for, to my doorstep. They simply said there was nothing they could do. Come yesterday, JULY **, still no package, no store credit. I e mailed customer service and got THE SAME automated message I received a month ago and received it twice from 2 different customer service reps. Only after I exploded about it and said I was taking the matter to social media was I offered an INSTANT referral code for my money!!!! AWFUL customer service I have loved this company for a year and a half but this experience has made me despise them!! I worked in customer service for 8 years so when I'm told there is nothing they can do and brush me off when there is ALWAYS a solution, I have NO respect for that company

Adore me is a great site to buy great lingerie at great prices. The products I have gotten throughout the years have always been my favourites and always look and fit great. Their customer service is better than any other online clothing shop and they have a fast and efficient delivery service.
Adore me always ships in a timely fashion, and their sizing generally is spot on to the descriptions. If it doesn't fit free exchanges. It's perfect for me! Love this company!
I really love all the styles and options. I just have criticism. You do not have very many, if at all, size 36-H. that is my exact size. So I dont get a perfect fit for the bras. I either have to go up and it be a little loose or down and have my [redacted] pop out a bit. Otherwise, I really do love the styles and options Adoreme has.
I also appreciate the fast shipping and cute packaging. It is like unwrapping a present.
I LOVE Adore Me! The quality of the items I have purchased has been fantastic. Shipping is quick, and returns/exchanges are super easy. The VIP membership is easily managed and a great way to save some money. Adore Me is awesome!

This is mentioned in the store credit confirmation email that customers receive. In order to be eligible for a refund of store credit charged beyond 30 days, customers have the option of writing a letter or sending an email to our Claims department. All requests sent to our Claims department are processed within a maximum of 10 days since receipt.However, we see that the customer initiated a chargeback with their bank which means that their store credit will be frozen until the case is solved (see attached image #1).If there are further comments questions or concerns, please let us know.
