They refuse to cancel my service and continue to send bills I have been trying to cancel my ADT service repeatedly and they will not cancel the service We have had nothing but problems with our system and after several service calls, it is still never worked properly ADT continues to send me a bill for service

ADVERTISING #company that will mislead you and scam you! My husband and I have spent over a month trying to fix our security systemADT has sent over multiple employees to resolve our security system, none have been successfulOur HORRIBLE experience began with an employee named [redacted] who came in and didn't complete the task he promised to completeInstead a few days later he texted, informing us he couldn't help us anymore and there was nothing he can do to successfully install our system (wow! very professional)I was left very upset, this man literally came to our home, installed unnecessary products (that we were charged for) to get credit on a high commission and lied to us about the security plansApparently the plan he advised us to sign up for...doesn't even exist!!!! After new alarm system features for $paid June 24, 2018, I was charged $again on July in error with no resolution as of Sept On June 24, I had new features installed on an existing ADT alarm system (acct XXXXXXXXX, [redacted] Unit [redacted] XXXXX) that I was paying $per month for monitoring Prior to installation, on June 4, I agreed to pay $per month fee for monitoring including the new features after installation On the day of installation, June 24, after all work was completed and verified working, I paid installation fee of $with a [redacted] card [redacted] On August after a scheduled monthly bill automatic payment, I saw that I was charged an unusual monthly fee for my ADT service, $instead of former $or new $per contract I signed June prior to installation of new features I checked the billing history on my account and saw that I was charged the same $install fee a second time on July Below is table of b

ADT lied to me when I canceled my service and billed me incorrectly based on what I was originally told I canceled my service in April When I canceled my service there were months remaining on my contract I was told that since I sold my home where the service was installed, I would no longer be liable for the remaining portion of the contract On May 17th ADT auto-withdrew a fill month payment from my checking acct for the month of May services, at which time I no longer owned the home or used their service I called ADT regarding the charge and they informed me I now am liable for the remainder of the contractTheir people lied to me and robbed me!

ADT Security has been nothing but trouble!! I would RUN away from this business We had our business security system with ADT for yearsWe paid well over 40K to have cameras, alarm, keycard access, the full deal installed and monitored with ADT When we had problems with the system and needed support, our sales rep was nowhere to be foundHe got the deal, so no need to support the account after the check was cut This went on for a long time After closing the business and putting in our request to cancel our account, they kept it open anyways and continue to bill meMind you this is after faxing in a signed cancellation letter twice, and sending in a email to cancel and working with the sales rep for months to get this cancelled, yet it's still openI get the typical response...We never got your request or I sent the request to the wrong fax numberNo, it was the right contact info, you just ignored the request This is all just not acceptable and based on my experience I have black listed ADT and will never use them againThey just don't give a $#@!The company is disorganized, forgetful, lacking in leadership....the list goes on RUN!!!
