I signed a yr contract under the understanding that I would pay only a certain amount for years however over the year periods they kept going up
When I started my service I was paying $40-dollars per month by the end of my contract I was paying $53-$dollarsMy contract doesn't state how much I am suppose to pay for the three years but I was under the understanding that it would be the same every monthI faxed a letter to cancel service and they called my husband and talked him in to keeping the service for per month this was in November, however when I received my bank statement that had November charges I was charged $53.?? and he called them back and they stated that it would be $the next month however when I received (1-28-16) my bank statement with December charges they charged me $55.?? On 1-30-my husband called them to cancel service and they would not let him due to the account not being in his nameSo I called them and told them to cancel service an

On April 18th, I called ADT to get help moving the contract over to my name rather than my husband, as we are in the divorce process He is a violent man, and has TRO's & an FRO on him from me I needed my alarms changed & the code They helped me change the code & verbal password, took down all of my info & sent me a RIDER contract to sign, which I did & sent out last week My appt is for today, 5/5/16, and they called my soon to be ex-husband yesterday to confirm the appt which I didn't want them to do b/c he already tried to come in the house last Tuesday when I was at work, 4/26/& they know this b/c apparently they called me first I am upset b/c why would they call him to confirm the appt after I explained my domestic situation to them? I called this a.mto complain & Allison did nothing for me except tell me that they had my husband's number as the main contact & she didn't have the RIDER a

Upon moving I requested the same security system at my new locationUpon arrival they installed a different system and refuse to correct the issue
January I moved into my new home and upon arrival I was guaranteed that I would have the same system installed as my previous home(Safe Watch 3000) My current home has no landline or cable connections; which limits me to only having satellite internetI was informed by the ADT Tech installing my security system that it would function with satellite internet and would not affect my bandwidth or data capI asked the ADT Tech as to why I wasn't getting the Safe Watch and the Tech stated that ADT no longer supports or installs the system in homesI signed the contract believing that the current system I have would function as explained by the ADT TechAfter sometime I started noticing that all my bandwidth was being drained by the new systemI ended up disconnecting the ADT system from my satellite internet due to my bill bei

I have been a customer of ADT for years I have been very disappointed in their customer service and alarm response over the last year My system is not working properly and I have had technicians out multiple times with no success resulting in alarms ADT just continues to send out new technicians with no problem solution In addition a recent alarm resulted in ADT calling the police despite being told not to call the police and a failure to contact the "contact" persons on their list after no answer on the second call Finally, they hold you hostage with their contracts...in order to terminate service I would have to buy out the contractmonths at over $ I do plan to terminate the plan next year and would recommend anyone using this company think twice about it....the company has grown too large, lacks sufficient training of staff (including addressing disabilities such as hearing), and fails to follow their own procedures

Customer service is terrible Service techs arrive without their own ladders and have to use yours The Office of Executive Customer Relations, particularly *** *** doesn't return emails or phone calls If you're a customer, switch If you're not a customer, don't become one You're just a number to them

Closing takes days from date of call for closing, resulting is additional charges and loss of refund
Even though the call was made to cancel the service and the information provided in the original call states days for cancellation, the actual process gets stretched out for days from the day of call, resulting in loss of refund or potentially even more billing

ADT owes me refunds in the amount each even after I called the billing department,they charged my debit account again for $!!
I am suprised that adt a company of that size charged me times especially the 2nd time without my consent,does their CEO knows what the employees are doing to their customers ? I want my money refunded to me Immediately and not in ten business days from the date on the original charge

ADT contacted me in January of regarding my account XXXXXXXX for being delinquent in payment I contacted ADT in March of concerning the delinquency in payment and faulty equipment The faulty equipment issue was not resolved therefore I refused to make payment In August of 2015, ADT contacted me again for delinquent payment I agreed to make a final payment because they refused to fix the faulty equipment In January of 2016, ADT contacted me again to make a payment for services they failed to provide ADT should have known the equipment was not working therefore the bill for service was/is invalid ADT continues to send the account to collections for payment I refuse to pay for services not provided after I attempted to rectify the service issue

SALES REPRESENTATIVES LIE ABOUT CANCELLATION FEES
I PURCHASED THE ADT SECURITY FROM ONE OF THEIR SALES REPS THAT CAME TO MY HOUSEI ASKED HIM MULTIPLE TIMES, POINT BLANK, ARE THERE ANY FEE'S WHATSOEVER ASSOCIATED WITH CANCELLING MY SERVICEHE REPLIED "AS LONG AS YOU KEEP YOUR SERVICE FOR A YEAR, ADT WILL HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO RECOVER THEIR COSTS AND THERE WILL BE NO CANCELLATION FEE."

I am moving and upon calling ADT to cancel my service, I was told I will be forced to pay 75% of the remaining contract fees, which amounts to $ I cannot transfer the system to the place I'm moving, so I have to choice but to pay the exorbitant fees or have debt collectors hounding me and my credit score lowered by refusing to pay Unethical and despicable I will never again deal with this company And with only positive reviews and negative reviews I'm amazed this company could have an A+ rating Shame on you Revdex.com
