Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted] because there website is condescending it says easy returns up to days but then if you read the fine print it says your money will only be refunded if it’s within days of the purchase date! Well how convenient for them to say my order was on back order and by the time it was delivered it was days and they said they won’t refund my money now which is why I wanted to cancel my order before it got shippped!!!! This company is a scam!!!!! Also they had sent me an email saying these products are only available for exchange or store credit and they list a bunch of products which is ALL the products they sell!!!!!!?

Customer emailed our returns department on three occasions and we replied to each request after we did not receive a response back from customer to proceed and finish return requestWe asked customer to please provide the item number for he wished to exchange for to process exchange correctlyPlease view attached documents where we responded and no reply from customer

In the emails that were sent between the customer and [redacted] , the customer did not ever mention once that she no longer has the origianl packagingHad she disclosed this information, she would have been informed at that time, we would not be able to accept the package without the box, thus therefore she would not have to have sent it back and pay for shippingThe neglect of the customer not informing us she does not have the original packaging is soley her own mistakeAt this time since we can not accept the item without the box, the customer will simply need to purchase new itemsAll this information has been available to the customer under the return policy

In the last paragraph of our return policy, it lists a number of brands that are only exchangeableTruform is one of those brandsIf the cus***er does not want an exchange, we can also authorize a store credit towards a future purchase [redacted] has not misinformed the cus***er and is correct in saying that a refund is not an option for the brand ordered

The customer simply does not fully understand our return policyThe last paragraph clearly states all the brands that are only exchangeableThe customer ordered items from the brands [redacted] , all of which are only exchangeableThe entire policy needs to reviewed and acknowledged by all customers to avoid this situationWe have received the returned items from the customer in good condition and their store credit has been issuedTo use credit please call our sales staff and reference your RMA number

I sent the $check to pay the DIFFERENCE in what store credit I had remaining and the price of those socks.? Our return policy is available to all customers on our website prior to ordering, in the return policy it gives a list of brands that regardless of the condition they are (ie:new/unopened) these brands will only be eligble for exchnage or store creditThis information was also provided to the customer when he intitiated the requestThe process to submit the request is as follows: you enter in your order ID, you enter in the email that was used at the time of purchase, then it is paragraphs to read and directly under the paragraphs is the "I AGREE" bottom to clickIn the 3rd parapgraph it again, gives that list of items, that regardless of the condition being returned these brands only qualify for a exchange or store creditIt is clear based on the customer statement that he did not read the information that he agreed toHe is more then welcome to reread the iunformation so he may have a better understading as to why the item does not qualify for a refund.?
