When I tried to return the merchandise, I was directed to compressionsale.com's return policy, which does mention that you can return items that were unworn and in their original packaging for days http://www.compressionsale.com/return_exchange.php When I told them this, they told me that I had purchased my order from compressionsport.com and that it had a different return policyThe autosignature in the email that they sent me this information had "compressionsale.com" on itTHey direct you to "compressionsale.com" for the return policy, and then make you agreeWhen you later tell them that it is on their website, they say that you purchased from "compressionsport.com." This is clearly fraudulent and a bait and switchI have been yelled at and hung up onI don't appreciate the dishonestyI am not satisfied with what appears to be a flat out lie to get you to agree to a return policy that they are later going to say is for a different website

The last part of my purchase was mailed by them on April 20, 2016, and received by me today, April 26, 2016.? ? ? As a reminder, the original order (and date paid) was March 16th.? ? Obviously, if the customer service team had been responsive or effective in addressing this complaint, then I would not be contacting the Revdex.com.? The return charges for shipping have been excessive and not clear at all.? The shipping charges have been duplicated and I have been told various amounts for the store credit.? The items I returned are in their original packaging, unopen and unworn.? I kept the that I opened.? These can be sold again.? I have no idea what the alleged store credit is and I have been charged various amounts for shipping charges as well as PAYING FOR SHIPPING MYSELF when I mailed the package back.? ? The prices that they charge are? exorbitant? and I thought that I was getting quality medical grade stockings.? We do not advertise free returns, in fact it states in our return policy that the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges for a returnIf the customer received the incorrect item, at that time they will not need to pay for shipping, the only thing that is required is the actual item number receivedIf the customer still needs assistance with getting the correct item, if in fact the wrong item was received, then we can take care of it for himHe can call [redacted] and ask to speak with [redacted]

There was a slight back order for the replacement pairWe apologize for thatThe replacement has already been sent to the customer and it is scheduled to be delivered today according to the tracking informationAgain, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the patience in the handling of the situation

The customer first requested a refund for the [redacted] items that were delivered to themAfter learning we have a store credit only policy for [redacted] brand items, the customer claimed they received a different item from a different brandThis mistake never happened [redacted] orders are put together separately from order with items from other brandsThe items are still returnable for store credit or exchange as per our return policy

THE $DEDUCTED IS FOR WHEN THE CUSTOMER REORDERS USING THE STORE CREDIT, HE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES, AS WE WILL NOT PICK UP SECOND SHIPPING CHARGES FOR A ORDER THAT WAS ALREADY SHIPPED FOR FREE, THE STORE CREDIT IS VALID, AND IF THE CUSTOMER ORDERED MORE THEN ITEM, ADDITIONAL SHIPPING WILL BE COLLECTI ADVISE THE CUSTOMER TO CAREFULLY READ THE RETURN POLICY AS EVERYTHING IS OUTLINED THERE

Again, what this customer is describing is NOT possible [redacted] nor our company has the ability to take money without an order being submittedOnce an order is placed with our company, we process and ship the order as quickly as possible for our customersOnce it has left the facility a cancellation is obviously impossibleThe customer had called in just after the order had been shipped, so unfortunately we could not stop shipment

We have fulfilled the customer's request for a replacement The manufacturer does not ship replacements internationally so that is a charge our company has to incur We do not manufacture any of the items we sell as we are simply a retailer The reduced rate that we offered is our standard rate international replacement orders

Customer emailed our returns department on three occasions and we replied to each request after we did not receive a response back from customer to proceed and finish return requestWe asked customer to please provide? the item number for he wished to exchange for to process exchange correctlyPlease view attached documents where we responded and no reply from customer

The brand that was ordered does not qualify for a refund, as it is stated in the return policyWhen the customer submitted his request, he had to agree to the terms of the return policy, in the terms, in the 3rd paragraph, it gives the list of brands that would only be eligible for exchange or store credit onlyThe customer, entered in his order, his email address, and then had to read the terms before agreeing to themThe brand ordered only qualifies for exchange or store credit
