I am rejecting this response because: I already filled out the form and when I did not receive a response in 1-days, I called and was told they would send me the return authorization in minutes I never received it and I tried the on line chat and after about minutes was told to call the customer service number I called again and again I was told they were sending it to me but I never received it I tried the on line chat again but after holding on for a very long time I gave up I did everything they requested but they just gave me the run-around I think they were just hoping I would give up because it is not a large sum of money so they just will not send me the authorization I wish I had read the reviews for that company before I ordered because the reviews were terrible and most of them said this company would not respond to a complaint

I rejected the last response from the business because the response that I was able to see was blank (the response did not have any words).The original response from the business indicated that they have sent responses to me. I never received any e-mail response from them. Their response seems to indicate that they would authorize the return provided they had the exchange information. Since the requested exchange information was in my correspondence to them and in the complaint I filed with you, it should be an easy task for them to authorize the return with that information.

I am rejecting this response because: My husband and I wrapped the two boxes which had never been opened and sent them as directed. Somewhere one pair evidently disappeared inexplicably. I have been a long time customer. I am years old and am completely trustworthy. In fact I point out errors if made by some merchant to their benefit. As their records should show I have only ordered black and beige compression hose over the years, never navy. They were returned in the original outside packaging, taped very well by my husbandMy husband and I do know we returned two pairs of navy hose. The company refutes that. We are at an impasse at the momentI believe that there was a mistake made in their handling of the returnI know what we did: they are making assumptions.

The package was reshipped, but for whatever reason the post office did not deliver the package, we have since contacted the manufacture to have them resent to the customer

avail. I'm sick of the runaround and I want a refund as I no longer wish to do business with them...EVER! If my experience is any example, there's a reason they have an "F" rating.

I am rejecting this response because: I have shipped the product back at my own expense because this disreputable company is not honest enough to make right a mistake they madeI was penalized for their mistake and am out $for this transaction for which I gained nothing except a lot time begging them to do the right thingI was told again that my option was to pay more money for the incorrect item, and then they would ship the correct item with a return label for the incorrect item to return for a refund of the correct itemNo kidding, that is the policy they said is place so they would be assured to not lose money????????Not sure how simply sending me a return label for the incorrect item was such a risk, they still had the money I paid for the item which was $more than the mistaken item they shipped meMy guess is shipping out the wrong item is a common practice with this companyThis complaint is closed because they refuse to do the right thing, but I want anyone to know who may be thinking of purchasing from this company, BUYER BEWARE!

Customer sent product to a Gastonia NC address which we are not familiar with, customer spoke with an agent from our customer service department and stated that the post office provided her that addressCustomer would have to locate package so we can further assister her in the exchange

I am rejecting this response because: The company should have a printed statement regarding their policy. No one assumes you can not cancel an order when it is days past due and no one in this day and age assumes you can not return some thing after it is shipped days late and you were forced to purchase the item elsewhere. What would I do with a credit? I now have braces for the same knee. Ridiculous! Can not cancel, can not return and you are forced to take a credit. This should have been explained BEFORE the purchase NOT AFTER the purchase. No where can you locate a written statement to that effect
