I returned to this company pairs of blue compression hose as I had ordered? black ones.? I asked for a replacement and received only one pair back.? Their position is I returned only one pair.? Prior to this I had conversations with employees who were most rude - one man called me an old lady.? I am 80? but totally competentI am also honest.? The return process is complicated at this company which is always discouraging.? I have ordered from them for several years.? Loyalty, honesty, customer satisfaction, civility are totally absent from this company.? I would recommend people not order from them - even though the prices are good.? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Compression Sales company is not truthful.I called BSN medical Inc., Charlotte, NC this morning and walked their spokesperson through the same steps described in my Revdex.com complaintThey agreed with my assessment.However, if Compression Sales is still in denial after this last communication, I invite them to visit the Missouri statute "Merchandising Practices Act" that reads in part:"The scope of the act is set forth in statute 407.020.1, which provides that it is unlawful to act, use or employ deception, fraud, pretense, promise, misrepresentation, unfair practice or the concealment, suppression, or omission of any material fact in connection with the sale or advertisement of any merchandise in trade or commerce in or from the state of Missouri." We always have a supervisor on duty, his name is [redacted] and the customer is more then welcomed to speak to himThis customer paid for 2-business day delivery, unfortuantly the manufacture was having some issues, so we had the order shipped at no extra charge to the customer via over night delivery by ups [redacted] no refund will be given for shipping
