I am rejecting this response because:I have done this and times and they still do not respond with a physical address of where I need to send my compression stockings back I have also tried live chat and two times I have called and talked to someone with no success I will not accept their response until I have a physical address as to where I need to mail my return package

Customer reached out to us on Jan 31, and we reached back out to customer on Feb 5th, due to crazy weatherWe have told the customer that we will be willing to fix the issue and in order to move forward if customer can kindly send us a picture of product so we can identify the mistake and
fix the issueAfter we email customer they never replied back to us so we were able to help them resolve this issueReason being is because anytime we send product wrong product or any issues we must have email to have evidence of the mistake and also to ensure qualityPlease advise customer to check email and send information that we requested to fix the issues

*** ***When we ordered these socks, there was a rather large notice on the website that said day return policy It did not say with exceptions listed belowThat is now goneI did call to speak with customer service and the person who answered would not give her name, she was rude beyond belief I asked to speak with a supervisor and she hung up No one at any time told me about the bottom paragraph in the hidden return policy Older, sick folks use compression sock for the most part This is abusiveThe list of products for which they do not make refunds is huge It may be every product they sellThat is not at all clear on the website.Thank you for your help in this matter

We sent exactly what was purchased by the customer, it is not our fault the manufacture decided to change the way the item is made, we shipped what the customer ordered, which is now made differently by the manufacture

I am rejecting this response because: I believe that the company is faulty and entraps customers that have to receive a package and their stipulation is if you tried it on you can only get in store credit and its a one size fits all, I believe I am entitled to a full refundI am not satisfied with this product, and was not given an opportunity to complain to this company as stated in original complaint to the Revdex.com I reached out through email but was not allowed to submit without accepting in store credit, live customer service did not respond to my complaint, I called their specified number but was put on hold immediately with a long long long waitI was not given the opportunity to help this company better serve its customersI feel I am due my money back in full and no shipping fees included, and I will ship their product back to them at their own expense and I receive my full refund back on my credit cardThis is an injustice for those consumers who believe they are in good hands with products that are not faulty in the way they sell their products, and how they treat their customersI don't feel this is a good product whatsoever

I am rejecting this response because:On March 3rd, I submitted my request form for a refund. A form from Compressionsale.com was received on that date which shows "Refund requested for below item -----------" and my items where each individually listed with that heading Either this company has a refund policy or it does not. Due to the socks which were worn and when wash were defective I question if this company uses socks from a secondary market rather than factory direct. I will be writing to *** *** to see if they guarantee their socks.

We definitely apologize about the misunderstanding and have reviewed the claimThe customer did purchase a pair of compression stocking from our website and we understand things may happenThe products we sell to customers come from the manufacturer so they are brand quality products not

*** ***i never received any other corespondents I checked all folders of my email like I said I was the one who had to contact them several times through email and phone calls to ask for a tracking number and after that THEN I was told it was on back order!! If an item is not in stock I don’t care what time of year it is it should specify “OUT OF STOCK” or on back order so customers knows not to order it if it’s something that is needed sooner rather than later as was my case I have never dealt with any online company that can’t cancel an order for a product that they don’t have it’s simple my account number u have u make a few clicks or phone calls it’s not as complicated as you try to state in very poor EnglishI am STILL to this very date waiting for a cancellation as I still not have received a tracking number for a product you took my money for but never had in stock it’s against the law this site is a scam for peoples honest money

I am rejecting this response because according to online policy, I had minutes to change order which I did in minutesThat statement is posted on order page. I complied with this and was spoken to very rudely by their customer service staff, more than onceThey are now saying that I have to pay shipping charges to make this Exchange, and I don't believe that I should be responsible for their errorAll I am requesting is to be able to return the two items for an even exchange and not incur any additional charges, not much to ask for!
