I am rejecting this response because: My husband and I wrapped the two boxes which had never been opened and sent them as directed. Somewhere one pair evidently disappeared inexplicably. I have been a long time customer. I am years old and am completely trustworthy. In fact I point out errors if made by some merchant to their benefit. As their records should show I have only ordered black and beige compression hose over the years, never navy. They were returned in the original outside packaging, taped very well by my husbandMy husband and I do know we returned two pairs of navy hose. The company refutes that. We are at an impasse at the momentI believe that there was a mistake made in their handling of the returnI know what we did: they are making assumptions.

I am rejecting this response because: I never received a credit for my cancelled order. And, today, I received the product I ordered/cancelled. So, not only did they not refund me for the cancelled
order, they apparently never cancelled the order. Now I have product that I ended up having to purchase elsewhere because after a month they could not fulfill my order.

I am rejecting this response because:While "Free Shipping" is advertised directly on the product information page--from which the product is ordered--it is only after the item has been added to the cart for purchase that the buyer is notified if they qualify for conditional free shippingFurthermore, having the description of circumstances under which free shipping applies appear on a completely different page (which customers need not visit in order to make their purchase) does not seem to be adequate notice that the "Free Shipping" statement appearing on the product page itself only applies in certain casesOther businesses that offer conditional free shipping clearly state the conditions directly on the product page--for example, "Free Shipping On Orders Over $50," or "This Item Qualifies For Free Shipping When Part of $Purchase." Customarily, a link to the shipping information page is also supplied (e.g., "Click HERE for details on free shipping.") This business offers no such clarification and the advertisement of "Free Shipping" is completely freestanding, which invites consumers to believe the product is shipped free of charge.Given that the majority of this business' products are aimed at elderly consumers, this advertisement of "Free Shipping" appears to be deliberately misleadingI respectfully encourage the Revdex.com to review this case carefully in hopes of protecting consumers

Normally our company don't even provide any type of refunds because of the manufacture and how it is a medical productBecause the product was return and customer don't want a refund, we asked the manufacture to see what our options are and we were told there will be a 25% restocking fee which on March 7, we refunded customer $
We are currently investigating this matter in regards to the missing itemsAs soon as investigation is completed we will contacting customer

I am rejecting this response because: Compression Sales company is not truthful.I called BSN medical Inc., Charlotte, NC this morning and walked their spokesperson through the same steps described in my Revdex.com complaintThey agreed with my assessment.However, if Compression Sales is still in denial after this last communication, I invite them to visit the Missouri statute "Merchandising Practices Act" that reads in part:"The scope of the act is set forth in statute 407.020.1, which provides that it is unlawful to act, use or employ deception, fraud, pretense, promise, misrepresentation, unfair practice or the concealment, suppression, or omission of any material fact in connection with the sale or advertisement of any merchandise in trade or commerce in or from the state of Missouri." Said statute applies to acts committed "before, during or after the sale."With this in mind, please do as BSN did and follow my Revdex.com complaint step by step instructions while you have Compression Sales' web page open in front of you and you will readily see for yourself CS response is pure b

You do have to read the return policy, it clearly states in the third paragraph with exceptions listing the specific brandsWe do recommend everyone thoroughly read the return policy before making a purchase

It is not our responsibility to do anything, if a customer does not want to provide an email, we will not beat an email address out of them which is why we have an in house email address for those customer who wish not to provide there email addressThis is not a law that an email address must be received to have an order placed

Customer sent product to a Gastonia NC address which we are not familiar with, customer spoke with an agent from our customer service department and stated that the post office provided her that addressCustomer would have to locate package so we can further assister her in the exchange
