I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. After reviewing my complaint against Alder (alarm company) I realized that it had been closed as,  "Answered - the business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer remains dissatisfied."  I would like to have this corrected to identify the fact that I was contacted by the company and am more than satisfied with the resolution they provided.  I was expecting to have the auto-renew removed from my contract, however they went beyond and released me from the contract completely.  There was a delay in my responding to the Revdex.com because I was waiting on the company's technician to come out and collect their hardware and related peripherals.  This has been completed.

                We had a technician scheduled to come to the [redacted]’s

12/18/15 between 2-6PM. [redacted] called in at about 3 asking where the
technician was and we explained it would be about 5:20 when he got there. The customer
stated they couldn’t make it at that time and asked us to reschedule the
appointment for 1/15/16 which we have done.
                Due to the facts stated above we are unable to comply
with the [redacted]’s request to be released from the agreement.

If the return shipping label still hasn’t been received she can do as she wishes. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I am under the impression that without spending additional money for arbitration that I have no choice but to except the resolution that has been given to me.   would still prefer to listen to  the voice recording, because they did not specifically say that Vivint was not going out of business.  The recording asked if I was giving them permission to bill me under Alder.  This company is very deceptive and I do not trust them.  I want it on record today that as soon as this so called contract is up I do not want to do business with them ever again.  I will not have the final bill from Vivint for several weeks. I will send it at that time.  This final payment should include all payments that I have made since September 2016.

twice again on July 27th is because his activation fee of $99 was split up between those three months. So in addition to his regular monthly bill of $49.99 an additional $33.00 was charged. However, due to the confusion, we still refunded Mr. [redacted]’s money. The activation fee and monthly rate are both listed on the agreement, if Mr. [redacted] has any questions regarding this I will be happy to speak with him. The document provided does show that an individual by the name of Teresa W[redacted] has power of attorney but we have not spoken to this individual or received any correspondence from them regarding this account.
