I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meAt this point, unfortunately, the business has yet to successfully remove the hard credit inquiry from my credit reportI am unaware of how long it should take them, but the necessary paperwork to have the inquiry removed was submitted at least a week and a half agoSo I am still waiting on the business to do their part, but when the inquiry is removed I will be fully satisfied.It should be known that I will not trust the business from here on out, and they have lost a potential customer forever

In regards to Ms. [redacted] account, we have had a technician go out to fix the issue with Ms. [redacted]' system, and additionally credited her account two free months as a goodwill. Because her system is fully functioning we will not be releasing Ms. [redacted] from her agreement. arepresentative from another company. It is our understanding that this is a violation of the Revdex.com policy and we request the withdrawal of the complaint.

I am rejecting this response because: I am not accepting Alder's response because I'm not satisfied with the treatment I received from the company and their lack of communicating with me in  a timely manner .  Phone call were not returned or answers to questions were not recognized until payment was withheld.  Now they can call 2 to 3 times daily and texts as well.
