The service has not worked since last year they have not tried to come out or write to see if the service was working properly. I told them one time before and the representative told me

If there is a remaining balance with her previous provider we will be happy to pay that for her once she sends us a final bill showing the amount owed. current, once the account is current she would be able to pay a $[redacted]
cancellation fee. The past due amount is $[redacted] but if Ms. [redacted] is willing
to pay 50% of the past due, in addition to the cancellation fee, we will
release her from the agreement. The total comes to $[redacted]. Please let us know
if this is an acceptable arrangement for the [redacted]s.

I am rejecting this response because:I just called Alder to check on the status of my refund.  Danielle told me that she did not see a refund on my account and had to get her manager, Nikka, to look into it and get it processed. Now they are telling me it will another week before I get my refund.

I am rejecting this response because: the salesman said the police had sent him to my house and that crime had gone up in my area. I will be filing a complaint with the georgia consumer office about the tactics used in getting me to sign up. Since he doesn’t represent the police in my area I feel lied to. I am sure you will here about this case from georgia.

It is our desire that Ms. [redacted] and her daughter are pleased with our agreement and we therefore are willing to reduce her contract term to 36 months rather than 60 and her monthly rate to $39.99 rather than $49.99. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have not received the credits and service repairs as promised so I would like to proceed with the final option given which is to cancel my agreement so long as that is not going to require me to pay the full monthly charge as if I had the service. Please let me know how to proceed to cancel the service agreement and when I can expect it to be canceled from ACH from my checking account monthly. Also, I would be willing to send back any equipment necessary to fulfill this

is getting another panel sent out today and it is going to be shipped over night, so you should receive that tomorrow. And for the inconvenience of the panel, not getting the panel at a timely manner we have went ahead and refunded back those 2 months into the checking account we have on file.
