It is unfortunate that I have had to repeat myself so many times. It is clear that Ali Express has continued to fail to read the communication history. Furthermore, it seems that Ali Express's management is misunderstanding the issue at hand and yet after over a year of miscommunication, I have yet to receive a phone call. I am requesting a phone call at ([redacted], and will not stop fighting this issue until I am refunded the total amount of the dress. I will be contacting the media if this is not resolved here. As explained numerous times prior:
The item was not sized as described. I was offered to return the item for a full refund, but return shipping would cost $80, and the item itself was approximately $117. It was agreed that I would be issued a credit of $20 for alterations, however, the refund was not issued in a timely manner because the representative I was communicating with seemingly left the company. After several months of outreach, the refund of less than $20 was issued, and the dispute was closed without my consent or acknowledgment, however, due to the poor service I had received and all the time I had invested in trying to reach someone, I had requested a FULL refund  for the dress. I reached out to Ali Express several times thereafter and was told that my concerns with poor customer service would be sent to management and that Ali Express would assist me with contacting the company for a refund. I have no evidence that this was ever done. Ali Express then agrees to issue me a credit in the amount of the dress, but never did so. I stated that I was no longer interested in buying on ali Express and simply wanted my money returned and was told that this would be addressed with management. Ali Express is now denying this. I should mention here that each time I contacted Ali Express to follow up, I had to repeat what was going on. Ali Express does not offer a phone number or e-mail address for customer service, which I requested several times, and the agents are seemingly not fluent in English, inefficient, and unprofessional.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
When I used the grinder for the first time it overheated and smelled bad, so I contacted AliExpress Customer Service who sent my message to the seller. The Seller said it normal symptom and it is safe to use. That time there was no way to provide an evidence to proof the overheating or the bad smell!! So the customer service considered my reasons as invalid reasons, and they offered me to return it at my own expense in order to get a full refund, and of course I rejected to pay for the international shipping to return a defective grinder, so they closed my dispute with $0 refund. As I had nothing to do, I decided to use it for another time based on the seller statement, when it suddenly stopped, and it didn't start up anymore. I opened an appeal with Aliexpress customer service about that,and I provided them with a vedio that show how it doesn't start up anymore, however they rejected my appeal. So I decided to file this issue to the Revdex.com.
 
Please see the attachments that support every single step I mentioned on my above statement, and one of them is a video that I'm not sure if it would be allowed to attach.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I finally recieved refund but it was for about half of the disputed price,  The refund I recieved was in the amount of $100 dollars and $3.00 totaling $103.  The amount that was being disputed is $200.45 what happened to the other $97.45? And as far as raising a dispute within 15 days, as mentioned before, your website was not allowing me to do so, In other words when I would click on the link that says ("open a dispute"), nothing would happen, the link did not work. So please explain to me how I could open a dispute when the link is not working, In addition there is no phone number on your website for me to call and dispute? Please also explain what does experience compensation mean? I do not know what that means. This was not a pleasant experience, that seller should be banned from selling on your website he is false advertising, which is illegal. I did not recieve what I paid for, and this is wrong. Please put yourself in my shoes, and ask yourself how you would feel, if you didn't get what you paid for?Sincerely,[redacted]

we have looked onto this issue and as per checked in our system, we have performed compensation $20to replaced the refund as seller promised. The compensation was created on June 21th 2016.
