I did recieve an email from [redacted] 2 days ago, the email stated a refund will be issued, but according to my credit card no refund was issued yet?

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have attached photos of the conversation between me and the seller of him telling me to go out of my way to pick up the item and ship it for him at another location as he promised to pay me back. It is not acceptable that company is not able to help  especially if you have sellers using your website and allowing them to continue to sell to other people. You have not remove them in anyway I'm sure there are many more complaints about them and still you continue to do nothing not because you can't but because you refuse to; therefore I am not excepting your excuse. I am sure you were able to contact  them in order to process their selling account and their payments so I'm sure you will be able to find them in order for me to get my refund.  I also have photos of representative from your website telling me that they would be able to refund me back my money and yet that was also a lie .  If your company is a scam then you need to remove yourself . Sincerely,[redacted]

I do not think a online retailer has the right to collect such information. You request government issued id without a proper cause. You has no control of who can or can not access the documents I upload and you have no proof people who view the document has the ability to identify fraud or even not part of fraud. You are basically unlawfully collecting information inside USA.

For starters, Aliexpress could inform me about which shipping company to check with for the package? Is this USPS, FedEx, UPS, other? Obscure responses that claim it is not their fault and that there is no recourse is unacceptable behavior for any company -- let alone one that has a history of exactly this behavior and has been called out on it before.Sincerely,[redacted]
