Based on the seller's measurement information, it has already shown the hair length. As their return policy, seller will only bear the shipping cost when they ship the wrong items or it has quality problem. 
As well, seller did not agree to pay for the return shipping fee nor the refund amount according to your previous conservation with seller. Therefore, you will be receiving partial refund, US$50.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  Clearly you feel that since your automated system has changed the status of the return case to closed that you are justified in your behavior.  However as a realistic critically thinking human being, I am still reporting that I was never refunded for the return shipping amount on a damaged item that is not as described.  Your denial to claim responsibility for these charges is testimony to your unethical business practices.  If the seller agreed to cover return shipping in the details of the return request, I do not understand how you could still regard this matter as being resolved because as a result I lost the return shipping expenses on this purchase.  Please understand that it is improper and unethical to ignore certain parts of a return agreement after they have been agreed upon.  It is also improper and unethical to justify this based on the fact that your automated system does not support such details and/or stipulations included along with the return request.

As mentioned before, I was unable to open a dispute because the ("dispute link") on your website did not work, so please explain how am I supposed to open this dispute if so called dispute link does not work????????? in addition, experience compensation? this was a horrible experience, you really expect me to return and buy from your website again after getting cheated by one of your sellers, and in the manner in which you the ("Customer Service") is handling my complaint?
