I placed an order on 12/7/(order # ***) with Sani Fur Flagship Store for a mens leather coatI paid $The seller (Elaine Qin) contacted me via email and asked me to confirm the measurements needed for the coatI gave her the measurements and she said that the coat I ordered would not be large enoughShe asked me if I wanted to order a different coat and I said NOI asked her for a refundInstead she posted a fake tracking number (that was invalid) and filed the order as "finished"I never received a coat, a refund, or a responseI have been communicating with Aliexpress for months and they keep saying that my refund will be processed in business daysNow it's MayMonths have gone by and nothing has happenedAliexpress claims to have buyer protection but they have done nothing even though they acknowledged that the tracking number was invalidAliexpress has allowed this seller to totally ripped me off

Fake SiteDo Not!!! , I repeat do not go to this websiteThis site is full of nonsense and if you are smart buy from a company that is not online or overseasI have tried to create/login into this site to purchase hair with three different emails and each time failI hit reset/forgot password link, all it does is loads continuallyThis is not an authentic site and I would not dare spend my money on this site, not to mention they sent me an email saying my order was not complete but when I hit reply to seller it prompts me to sign on only that does not workThis company is dog poopStay away from this siteI wish I could give it a zero but would have to sufficeit makes no sense to spend an hour trying to make a purchase in the browser that is supposedly secure and made easyThank goodness my card is the kind that will not accept any transactions if the funds are not availableCASH OUT QUICKLY..by the way, the rating I posted earlier, seems like it was deleted

I bought wrist activity watches one red and one green band from TRO-ZUM Store on aliexpress, I received a very small box with red watch and big smelly packing paper in the box , no green watch, however on the shipping label of the box it says wrist watch, so I reported and inquired about the green watch, according to seller they mailed watches and refused to send me a green watch which they didn't send or refund me my money, no invoice also, very bad customer service, their way of dispute is very complicated, its a scami would NOT recommend buying from TRO-ZUM Store as they think they do not make any mistakes, they do not even deserve any star highly frustrated and negative experience

Ordering on AliExpress is a gamble and should be treated as suchAli is simply a platform for various sellers and manufacturers based in China to sell their goodsSome are good, and some are bad - you can score an awesome deal on a well-made item, or receive a piece of crap that's uselessI shop on Ali all the time and know the common pitfallsHere they are:
1) Never order something you think you might have to returnYou will have to pay return shipping, and shipping costs from US to China are outrageousWhen ordering from Ali, ask yourself 'am I ok with having this item be a dud and throwing it out'? If not, don't order2) Don't order things you need to receive quicklySome items got to me in weeks, some took over months to arrive3) Read reviews and look at pictures! They are very helpfulDon't trust reviews that are just 'stars' with no explanationI have ordered clothing, jewelry, paper goods, electronics, and home goods from AliOverall, I'd say 40% was awesome, 30% was ok, 20% was fairly bad, and the remaining 10% unusableI never spend over $on an item there, and most of my purchases were under $3, so it's worth it for me

I placed an order on AliExpress on March 16th for a Men's Dashiki T-shirtThe contact person sent me a message stating "Can you cancel the order and place again, because I can not capture the details of this order, our warehouse can not send the t-shirt, you need cancel the order choosing the reason" others "then I will make a new link for you to pay." I cancelled the order and requested a refund for my orderI never received a refund for my order

I ordered Hair extensions or bundles from a company through Aliexpress called "MaxineHair Store" on March 21stThe seller, by the name of " *** *" contacted me with the tracking numberMy order came as of March 23rdThe bundles had a lot of breakage to the welts or damage to the hairAlmost as if someone had sent me reused hairI've reached out to the seller through aliexpress, they apologizedAdvised me to send the hair back to an address and they would send me a return label and pay the feesI followed directions, went to the UPS store, They gave me an incorrect address, nor did they pay any fees, returning label etcI am displeased with their serviceI have reached out to customer service, but they don't have a numberJust a live chat where a person basically repeats what I just said

Aliexpress is an online marketplace for international vendorsI made a purchase through their site with a vendor for a clothing item that was sent to me in a different size not even close to what was ordered per description and requestAliexpress fronts that they protect buyers but they do notI attempted a refund or correction through their complaint process and was flatly denied by the seller and AliexpressAliexpress allows rogue online businesses to misrepresent and rip off customers

This company allows sellers to take advantage of their customersI purchased something from a seller with a promised day arrival window (from China)That was November 23rd, It is now January 16th, and the site still refuses to close the dispute
