I have purchased an [redacted] TV box in [redacted] The listing indicated that there is a year warranty on the product purchasedThe product stopped working within monthsI have been trying to get the return address from the seller in Chinese because the seller said I cannot use the regular methods of shipping otherwise Chinese customs would not allow the item to be imported It took sometime but I found a Chinese shipping company who can guarantee delivery, however they would only accept the package returned with a Chinese address The seller only provided a return address in English I have been trying to get the address in Chinese however the seller has not been respondingAt one point [redacted] attempted to translate the address however I can read and write enough Chinese to know their translation was incorrect I have contacted [redacted] nearly seven times regarding this issue and they say they are customer service and there is nothing they can do except contact th

I ordered Hair extensions or bundles from a company through Aliexpress called "MaxineHair Store" on March 21stThe seller, by the name of " [redacted] *" contacted me with the tracking numberMy order came as of March 23rdThe bundles had a lot of breakage to the welts or damage to the hairAlmost as if someone had sent me reused hairI've reached out to the seller through aliexpress, they apologizedAdvised me to send the hair back to an address and they would send me a return label and pay the feesI followed directions, went to the UPS store, They gave me an incorrect address, nor did they pay any fees, returning label etcI am displeased with their serviceI have reached out to customer service, but they don't have a numberJust a live chat where a person basically repeats what I just said

I had a terrible experience with Yvonne Hair Store online Aliexpress. I bought some haiir from the store for 93.00. The hair was not what I expected it to be. so I requested a refund; after many back and forth conversations the owner stated that I had to pay for the shipping which would have been close to 100.00 to ship back to China. The owner refused to pay for the shipping ;therefore I had to keep a product that I am not satisfied with.
