I do not recommend shopping via AliExpress! They do have cheap prices, but the hassle after ordering is not worth the cheap prices! I ordered some items and they were not as described on the website In fact, the description was a complete lie There is no way to send a message to AliExpress directly - one can only open a "dispute" with the seller and try to "negotiate" for a return/refund Only if you refuse the seller's negotiation offer will AliExpress get involved, but there is still no way to contact them directly "Negotiation" is NOT acceptable If the wrong item is sent, the customer is refunded End of story And there are only two options for being refunded Even if AliExpress sends you the WRONG ORDER, the only options are to return the items (at your expense) and receive a refund, or to keep the items and be issued a refund for the items, but not the shippingAnd you only have days from the time you receive the item to open a dispute I found this out the hard way with the first item that arrived from themAt first glance, I thought was what I had ordered, but didn't look overly closely as I was waiting for the other items to arrive before dealing with itWhen I finally realized it was not as described (after receiving all the other ones, dealing with them for a refund and then finally trying to put up the one item that I had thought was correct), it was past the day mark to open a dispute and the seller refused to refund meThey even tried to tell me the item was as described, but it was notI did find AliExpress on facebook and messaged them that way, but their excuse with my first item was that they are aware that some sellers sell products that are not described correctly, but that the customer has days to open a dispute and I should have looked more closely at the itemThis is not acceptable If a company ships an incorrectly described product to the buyer, it is their responsibility to take the product back (at the company's expense) and refund the customer for both the product AND the shipping And if they do not advertise the item correctly, they should be penalized by AliExpress and banned from selling items until the descriptions match the items Since AliExpress KNOWS this is an issue and does not do anything about it, the whole company should be shut down until they can get things in orderDo not buy from them They are shady and underhanded

Customer service at Aliexpress*** is non existenceThey have setup a nice complex web portal for complains, customer can input their grievance but a dispute team member after to weeks responds using a standard table and most of the times it rejects the complain due to in-sufficient evidence and in more than cases I had with them more of the times they are on the seller side unless something is so obviousI am doing business with them since There is no standard for presenting electronic hardware, every seller can change the wording on top of the pageAt the top you what you want but a few lines toward the bottom of the page story changes and again in many cases there is another table at the end of the page that holds more technical dataFor example a camera model named "SDWAction Camera Degree Full Visual Angle" on many different vendor pages some indicate it has remote control some say no, some say it has WIFI option and many others say it does not and many in combination of these twoThere is no authority at Aliexpress to document hardware device names and their features, every one is free to say what they want to sayWhen the problem comes up Aliexpress will write you should have contacted the seller and ask for what you wantI have followed their instruction but the seller does not know what, he or she is sellingMost of the sellers have another main job and this is a side job therefore no item is stocked and shipping process takes from days to a month at least, plus the shipping time which almost more than a monthThe worst thing, there is no 1-number and a live customer supportAlmost 95% products sold on Aliexpress and other similar Chines sites do not provide web tech support for their productsThere is no manufacturer name and web siteBut for sure one thing is very good, it has the lowest price possibleA chines seller who is selling the same product on *** or *** they sell the same product at three times the Aliexpress price, but the good thing, it arrives in a week because it is shipped from their California warehouseI hope this helps those, who want to do business with AliexpressYou need to know the rule of the game then you can save a lot
