I placed an order with your website with my account: *** and order number *** with your seller Bala Baby FirstThe problem is that while I paid extra money for it to be sent with China Post Registered Air Mail, your seller shipped it with China Post Ordinary Packet Plus a non-traceable cheap airmail service which takes much longer for the parcel to arrive at my doorstep and it has also increased stealing - losing percentage on my local post officeI contacted your chat support and I messaged the seller immediately in order for her to cancel the first shipment which had not left her warehouse, but she was changing the subject with irrelevant topics to my inquiry and finally she shipped the product with China Post Ordinary Packet Plus
Terrible experiences in delays, non-delivery, unwillingness to assist disputes, poor customer service
I purchased Techstream software from a seller on AliexpressWhen I received the item on 3/27/it was a flash drive, but was advertised as a programmable DVDI brought the software to my business and had my computer tech try and install this softwareIt did not workI tried to install it myself and got the same outcome my computer expert didI contacted Aliexpress that day and informed them that this was not as described and I wanted to return it for a refundThe seller began sending me emails calling me a liar and ***He said "*** does not help *** peopleI forwarded all these very rude and offensive emails to AliexpressI even got on a chat with customer support because you can't call themAliexpress did absolutely nothingEvery time I would contact customer support via chat the agent would say that " I promise I will be the one to resolve this for youI escalated my claim to Aliexpress who lets the seller keep denying my claimAliexpress cares nothing about their customersThey sent me an email about a month later saying I had violated their trade agreement rules which is impossibleThey did this so I couldn't get my money back! When I asked them which rule I violated they could not give me an answer because all I did was report a seller who sold a product that did not workI own my own business and have 75-transactions on Ebay with 100% ratingI have no reason to lie or try to scam some seller out of a 90% productTo let a seller on your site call a customer *** and for you to do nothing proves you do not care about your customers! Do not ever trust this company as you with eventually go through what I didTo top it off this flash drive had a Trojan virus on it and has infected our computerNow my computer guy has had to fix our computers from this Trojan virus which is probably some scam artist off this scam site! Buyer beware

I ordered a pack from aliexpress a few weeks ago with these items, three gen pens * refill * But when the pack arrived I found only gen pens thereI asked them to either send another pack or refundBut there are multiple difficulties They need me to file independent claims for every missing itemsThree claims each takes 10min to complete and return only dollarsThey asked me for CLEAR photo proof with mail tagbut all clear photos when uploaded to their system become blurI think they might be doing this so on purpose

Company is not helpful in disputing with business I bought the item from in China I am stuck with a defunct item of $ Company help service is not there Can't get to it Can't get to on line chat and can't get a phone number I never knew I was buying an item from China and am nothing but problems getting my money back because item is foreign plug and can't get an adapter unless pay another $which is not rightAliexpress is no help Never order from this company!

I have opened a dispute against a seller on aliexpress, because I ordered Nike huarache shoes and it was obviously counterfeitI have contacted with my Nike official store who has sent me official statement that these shoes are counterfeitI have provided all evidence and pictures about shoes what aliexpress requested from me but they did not care and closed the dispute in seller's favour!! TOTALLY SCAM-!! I want my money back or I will turn to other bodies to solve my problem!!

Hello I was writing with concerns with aliexpressOder numbers *** and ***I orders a lace front wig that was nothing like the pictureAfter going back and forth with the seller for a while we agreed on a refund of $with me keeping the wig (to avoid paying shipping costs)But after me completing all that was asked of me for them (Closing the initial dispute and leaving star feedback) the seller has since then refused to give me the refund that was promised!
