I purchased an item from Ali Annabelle Hair, which is a company within Aliexpress. After the order was processed, $187.24 was taken from my bank account. I haven't received my order yet, so I contacted the company. They were unable to locate the order on my account, however, I have proof that shows that the transaction of $187.24 out of my bank account was from Aliexpress.

I bought a usb microscope on Ali ExpressThe product description said it works on a Windows Pc It didn'tIt doesn't work with Windows 10, only the older Windows versions(xp, vista, 8, etc.) This was not mentioned in the product description You can't buy a pc with those versions of windows anymore so this microscope must be old stockIt should have been made it clear its not for Windows I opened a dispute, explained the situation and tried to get a full or partial refund but Ali Express sided with the merchantI'm out my money and stuck with this useless, obsolete productI do alot of shopping online and I can say, Ali Express definately favors the seller and did not give my position any considerationI'm not even sure they understood what I was writingI think it's a language and cultural thing They're not into consumer protection over thereI'll stick to [redacted] etc from now on

AliExpress sold me a product and shipped a different (broken) product

I purchased a phone through Aliexpress that came with a charger that has a European plugThe product listing simply says "Charger" and does not say what kind of plug it hasI explained to the seller that I am in US and that sending a European charger to someone in the US is the same as not sending a charger at allThey offerred to send a "gift" instead and I told them that wasn't acceptableThe seller also offerred to sell me a charger and I told them that also was not acceptable, that I only want the partial refund I am requesting or the correct charger sent at the seller's costThe seller rejected that and also several times asked me to cancel the dispute even though they would not honor my requestAliexpress supposedly has buyer protection but they rejected and closed my disputeThey also inexplicably requested that I upload a video of my evidence even though I had taken a picture of the incorrect plug and uploaded it!?! I felt in their comminications *** *** *** ***

The company never shipped my product
When I attempted to log in to track packaging, my account no longer existsWhen I try to use "forgot my password" "your email is not on file" even though I logged in multiple times previously
"customer service" wanted of the digits from my credit cardAfter contacting my cc company to alert them, I went aheadCustomer service then says it will take 3-days to locate you purchase as we have no record
I sent a screenshot of my credit card statement showing the payment had already changed from pending to sell
Customer service keeps asking for additional information, including having me sign up for 'instant pay" LOL as if!
I ask for a supervisor and no matter what time of day I request "there is a not a supervisor availableThey will tell you the same answer." and each time "contact chat again in 4-hours"
I ask for a manager or supervisor to call "we only do on chat my dear"
I have filed a credit card chargeback

Seller advertised a specific type of weave hair with pictures and upon me receiving the actual product it was NOT the same product and cheaper qualityI contacted the Seller and the company will not address the issue in a proper manner to which satisfactory customer service is providedPlease contact the Seller to address this matterI have text messages of communication with the Seller

I ordered something from this siteMy order came in about a week, and it was good qualityI also was prompted to confirm the delivery by the websiteI wanted to leave a review since I saw so many negative, and I had a totally different experienceNot sure why its so negative for other people

I was expecting to receive two mother of the bride pantsuits, that were measured wrong by them, then I shipped the outfit back by UPS, asking for my refund, still holding my breath on that one...my other pantsuit never arrived, neither did my refund, I will not only, NOT! order from those people again, they are rip offs and crooks, unreliable and a few other words that are not printable, maybe if they didnt use workers in sweatshops, you would receive the right size ordered but then again you just might not receive ANYTHING!!!!!! I ordered three products from *** *** storeThere were products this store did not haveThey found the products I wanted and agree the total charge would be $Since we saw that they were willing to give us discounts, so we asked them if they have other products [thus, they would earn a bit less for each products, but could sold out more to us]Then *** *** responded with the other products we wanted, but their prices were to times more than the standard pricesWe immediately knew that they were not willing to give us discounts but to make up the discounts they promised by raising the other products price on us… Long story short…We wanted to cancel the products because *** *** refused to adjust the price down to $and tried to delayed shipment; plus we then in fact did not need those products anymore as we purchased other products from other sellersBut since they sent us an apologize messageSo I paid for $as instructed by *** ***, so they could adjust the price down to $Pls see below cut and pasted messagesBeside they did not adjust the price, they also provided a fake ePacked tracking number of ***And told me that in order to get the refund of [$61.5], I need to file a dispute after I received the itemsI was very angry and contacted Aliexpress immedately……It is another time consuming process…..finally Aliexpres refunded me the $191.5, not *** *** storeThe *** *** owner caused me lots of frustration and angerI have nights of insomnia which directly caused me to have hundred dollars loss, a test need to be postponed for half a year and some hours loss to go after Aliexpress and credit card companies for refund/disputeEven today is holiday, I still need to spend time to write up my bad experience
Note: After I got into trouble with an almost stars seller (with followers) and tried to get back my moneyI found out that Aliexpress protects themselves and favors their sellers, rather than the buyers as said by other complaintsIt is trueIf I had read those complaints, I would not have purchased items from AliexpressIf it was not b/c I also file a dispute with my credit card company, I think it should have taken even longer to get back my refundOn the other hands, I do believe that there are nice Aliexpress team members and honest sellersBut you have to take risks, because *** *** store has high ratingFrom this experience, I would not recommend any of my friends to purchase items from AliexpressBut I don’t think Aliexpress care about losing 20-customers as they are doing such a big global businessOne last thing is: not until the buyer received the products, seller don’t get the money from AliexpressOur credit card paid directly to AliexpressBut since Aliexpress really want to protect their sellers, so *** *** store said they refunded me the money*** *** store from the beginning did not refund me any money at allFinally I don’t see anyway I can put my bad experience with *** *** as reviews on Aliexpress at allI don’t know whyNo wonder *** store owner could do whatever they wantGood luck

Ali Express is an online distributor with many different vendors that you can order merchandise fromThe only line of communication is through emailingI contacted the company several times regarding a dispute with my credit cardI never receive a response from the company or vendorBecause of lack of communication, I chose to cancel my orderThe vendor that I place my order through, (Ali Moda) continued to reject my request to cancel my order and shipped the order anywayFunds were withdrawn from my bank account for products that was cancelledThere is ABSOLUTLEY no one to verbally speak with for support or complaintsI have filled a complaint with the Federal Trades Commission and Licensing Rules and Regulation

I received three bundles and a closure from *** *** hair (a hair vendor from Aliexpress)It says on the box that the hair is 100% human hairIt also says not to dye the hair yourself, to let a licensed cosmetologist do itWell when a licensed cosmetologist dyed the hair they sent me, the hair turned HOT and started shedding really bad within an hour of applicationHuman hair does not do that! I bought a silicon doll from themInstead of the face/head that was in the picture on the listing site I received a generic and not so attractive headTheir site says we would 100% guarantee get the same head that is in the picture
It's been over a month now and I still haven't received the correct headThey keep stalling and giving me excuses that it is still in production, etc
Their site also says that you're protected and that they don't collect your funds until you receive your item and you enter an approved or satisfied commentThey lie about thatThe money was drawn from my credit card the day I ordered itVery angry about thisSuch a trivial reason to irritate the customer

I ordered an item through Ali ExpressI received the product and it was horrible qualityI submitted a dispute with the companyThe seller would not respond to provide the shipping information to return the itemWhile the dispute was in process, I was harassed by the sellerI contacted Ali Express multiple times they didn't communicate the status of the dispute with the seller

I placed two orders with *** and they were mailed to the wrong addressI tried contacting the company and spoke to several consultants via their app chat serviceI sent proof several timesThey all gave me the run around and would say someone would contact me via email, well no one ever didThis went on for months and I still have not received my orders or a refund

Ordered an item from Aliexpress and the seller didn't have my size and they told me to take another size , I agreed but then I decided to cancel it when it was still in the processing center since it would not arrive on time and its the wrong size alsoTheir delivery time is a more than 3-weeksAliexpress customer service says they will do everything in their power to help the customer, but they don't they just send emails to the seller to say that please contact buyerThe website navigation purposely makes it hard to make returns , refunds, or to dispute and appealAnd if they closed the dispute then your buyer protection endsThis website you can only get your item you cannot return an item even if it is misrepresented or wrong sizeAnd the aliexpress team doesn't let you know you can appeal a dispute and then the buyer protection endsFrom the ordering process, to refund process, the website makes it easy to press the wrong button so that you end the dispute or delay processingThis business is not good for customers returnsThe website is very convoluted so that it is difficult to make an appeal or return an itemI recommend avoiding aliexpress and alibaba due to this shady business tactics of just keeping you from getting a refundAnd using their customer service, the reps will just tell you they understand but they leave out that after a dispute is closed by them, the buyer protection ends anywaysV tree is the seller I dealt with and the seller is not communicative when there is a problem with your clothingI clicked on appeal the dispute and the website closes out and says there is a problemAnd when I click back to appeal again, I cannot find the button to appeal on the app
