I purchased Techstream software from a seller on AliexpressWhen I received the item on 3/27/it was a flash drive, but was advertised as a programmable DVDI brought the software to my business and had my computer tech try and install this softwareIt did not workI tried to install it myself and got the same outcome my computer expert didI contacted Aliexpress that day and informed them that this was not as described and I wanted to return it for a refundThe seller began sending me emails calling me a liar and [redacted] He said " [redacted] does not help [redacted] peopleI forwarded all these very rude and offensive emails to AliexpressI even got on a chat with customer support because you can't call themAliexpress did absolutely nothingEvery time I would contact customer support via chat the agent would say that " I promise I will be the one to resolve this for youI escalated my claim to Aliexpress who lets the seller keep denying my claimAliexpress cares nothing about their customersThey sent me an email about a month later saying I had violated their trade agreement rules which is impossibleThey did this so I couldn't get my money back! When I asked them which rule I violated they could not give me an answer because all I did was report a seller who sold a product that did not workI own my own business and have 75-transactions on Ebay with 100% ratingI have no reason to lie or try to scam some seller out of a 90% productTo let a seller on your site call a customer [redacted] and for you to do nothing proves you do not care about your customers! Do not ever trust this company as you with eventually go through what I didTo top it off this flash drive had a Trojan virus on it and has infected our computerNow my computer guy has had to fix our computers from this Trojan virus which is probably some scam artist off this scam site! I recently placed an orderThe system would not allow payment to go through immediately and I was forced to try again a few days later per their recommendationI tried and the payment was able to go through to complete order # [redacted] The amount was for $to purchase a 3D printerThe amount was withdrawn from my bank accountAfter the amount was withdrawn the order was immediately closed without noticeWhen I tried to contact their company I was told that my order was canceled and I would see a refund days from now not including weekendsI needed the equipment I was buying and it is ridiculous for them to hold my funds for over a month without any reasonI have still not received a refund or proof that a refund is in process

AliExpress makes you think you're getting tons of savings by giving out "select coupons." These coupons say $off and have no mention of a minimum purchase price, which leads you to think you can use the coupon on anything, regardless of costWhat they don't tell you upfront is that the select coupons only work with a handful of sellers on a handful of items and the seller chooses the minimum sale price in order to use the couponMany sellers make the minimum price absurdly high ($65+ when they mostly sell items for $or, usually, much less) so the discount is barely worth it when you have to buy of the same item to save $I've contacted AliExpress customer service about this a couple times and they always say it's an issue with the coupon system and to "check back in hours" to get you to disconnect the live chatYou can get some good, although cheap, items from AliExpress if you don't mind paying full price (full price is usually quite low anyway), but I say avoid them since they like misleading customers

I made a purchase on Aliexpress on May 25, 2017. Order ID: [redacted] . The products arrived broken due to poor packaging and poor quality. I have spent 2 weeks of time asking for a refund but they rejected my claim. I wasted me so much time and gave me so much stress. They asked buyers to go to the shipping company to get a damage report. However, the shipping company they use is cheap (post office) and they know that the local post office won't issue any report for international packages. Our Canada Post only issue report for domestic shipment, not a package coming from China. That is their excuse. Aliexpress knows buyers cannot get this damage report from Canada Post so they don't need to issue you a refund.
