I ordered some jewelry the first order they say they lost it and they reordered it without my consenti never received second order demanded my refund of never received it I have made sebetsl complaints just been string along until I got tired till I fpind you all onlineThey string me along sine last year
I will never order from here againThis company is a scamI had a seller tell me they won't refund me for items that were sold out because it was "too much work" to do soWhen I disputed with my CC company, Aliexpress sided with them and provided delivery information of the rest of the items to "win" the case against meI now have had to pay for items I have not, and never will receiveAliexpress can see the messages between the seller and I and they still refused to acknowledge this
I received a defective cell phone from alibabaI have spent hours on chat with the vendor, and with their arbiter, and the arbiter agreed that the cell phone was brokenSomehow the seller was able to ignore the arbiter, and then got the process stuckI reversed the charges with my credit card company, and the seller agreed to $of the $chargeback(The $was a second item on the order, which I wasn't disputing, and the seller knew that) I think that kind of broke the whole system, and now my credit card company has returned the money to the vendor's bank, but they won't provide me with an address or an RMA number to return the deviceThe credit card company's legal team is working on getting me a letter to send to them to prove that I've returned the money, but I don't know if it will make any differenceAlibaba supposedly has a product guarantee, but I've given them youtube videos that show the product is defective, and they don't care
Unable to get money back
I placed an order from this business months agoOrder number ***Due to dissatisfaction with two items they were returned via USPSI was told by the business that I would have to return the items to two separate locations both locations in ChinaOn 4/24/these items were sent back USPS tracking number *** and ***I have not received a refund on neither and the only thing I am being told is that they can't find the orderI have contacted the post office and the products were sent out
After measuring my kitchen sink, I ordered of the RoDish DrainersWhen they arrived (from China) they were slightly shorter and narrower than advertised - but just short enough that it wouldn't work on my sinkI tried Contact Us and was instructed I had to create an accountWhen I tried to create an account I was instructed my account (email address) already existed(???)When I clicked Forgot Password, Send Email - it never sent an email!!!
I finally sent them a Facebook messagedays later they replied asking for my order#From their response, I knew I was obviously dealing with ESLI replied same day - and waited another few days for a responseThis went on for a couple of weeksMy last couple of responses (yes, once was not enough & I don't know yet about the latest) was LEAVE ME ALONE!!! I'd rather forget about my $18, it hasn't been worth the hassle

AliExpress provides no help when one of there Sellers cancels an order without shipping itI have had several orders canceled without warning and no refundI attempted to file a order dispute, but their system won't allow it since they think the items have been shippedThe online chat help system is a real jokeThere is no help and no way to actually speak with their corporate office
I ordered a product for from AliExpress San Mateo CA US , on 11-20-2017, and never received the product and was billed immediately for the itemI paid by debit cardThis is a front for Alibaba groupThis is a fraudulent operation, making people thing it is coming from the USI have no way of contacting them to get my money backI do not want the item anymore, I just want my money back

I am responding to the response from Ali Express they are not truthfully responding to my allegationsThey have never responded to my dissatisfaction about the hair product shipped to me after they sent me a form about the product that I completely filled out about my dissatisfaction of what they sent and not totally being what they advertised online. This company is a disgrace to online companies who guarantee the products that they advertiseThis is ADVERTISEMENT of a company and I have talked to many and researched this company and they seem to do this to many many customers and get away with it. They offer you percent guarantee of the product and when it is not sent as such they send you a form stating what you feel about the product be it complaint or compliment you fill it out and then, NO RESPONSE from them. This is so wrong on so many levelsYet I had to pay nearly to have the hair installed in my head and then I paid Ali Express for the hair almost in total just to have the hair tangle and shed to no end REALLY and the ALI Express has the nerve to tell me in the response to go to my bank, NO I am going to the company that advertises Bad products and Advertisements

I tried to purchase a 3d printer from AliExpressThey immediately flag your credit card purchase and tell you for the payment to go through they need you to "Amend" the payment and give them a picture of your drivers licence, credit card and copy of your bank statementWhen I asked them why they needed it, they say "The reason why we need to verify the card is because we need to ensure that your card and payment will be more protected." as a canned responseTwo separate chat agents typed the same thing
