As evidenced in the video I have, and the numerous photos, they need to be held responsible and accountable for the damage caused by their employees, refusal to honor a quoted price and the negligent, deplorable behavior exhibited by this "company"I believe it may be time to see if a court of law sees their pitiful offer of the refund of a little more than $already paid to them is adequate compensation for the havoc this company has reeked on my families lifeAs stated before, I (a single mom) have had to pay not only their moving expense, but a LARGE repair bill to my former landlords, and have been left with a houseful of DAMAGED (some completely RUINED) furnitureAll of which was left in my garage - some still is! - so had to pay other movers to move what we could salvage into our home in order to live! I need to be able to replace the furniture that is no longer usable, repair the furniture that can be and have the funds I had to pay in repair bills returned to me so I may continue to provide a safe and comfortable home for my family! All My Sons Moving SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ROB ME OF THAT!!! That is directly from your company’s web siteThose services were never included I was expected to pay extra for your "included" servicesEverything from your company is a lieYou first say I don't want to follow your policies but you never send the paperwork to do soThen when called out on that you try offering $to make it "go away"Now you’re saying you can't offer a full refund only 20%Well your 20% would only be $that is less than your $offerI know that the 20% is not a company policy because your customer service told me that the refunds are based on whatever the management wants them to beSo again you are just showing the lack of how much you care about your costumers and making things rightI will be fair because I know you still have to pay your employees and I did use your truck, so I will drop down to a 75% refundThat would be $359.70, just so we are clearIf that is something you cannot meet then I guess this issue cannot be resolved and will just be another negative rating for your company with the Revdex.com Regards, [redacted]

We used All My Sons a few weeks ago for our move and couldn't be happierFrom the customer service of the managers keeping in contact with us regarding our move to the professional and kind crew, (Jose, Willy, and Servio treated our things as if they were their own!) Will definitely be referring All My Sons to our friends and family

I did not receive the claim forms until 6/16/I called the customer service department and spoke with ***a on 6/16/because I did not receive the claim forms that were to be sent out on the 9th of JuneI have filled out the forms, but based on AMS they have to be notarized by the \person filling out the claimI will do this tomorrow and email as well as mail it back to All My SonsI have received the run around from both management and the customer service departmentThe representative said I didn't receive the initial paperwork because they were having system problem on the 9th and that someone spelled yahoo incorrectly that's why I did not receive the mail or email until last friday evening after my fourth call to their customer care department Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted]

All My Sons offered to reimburse me 20%I find it offensive that they think that would rectify the situation after what I went through, not only with regard to the main issue, the drivers smoking marijuana and then thinking it's okay to unload the truck, highBut then also what I went through with the driver who I observed throw at least pieces of furniture around my house because he was angry I requested full reimbursement for my aggravation and the way I was blatantly disrespected I chose not to make this situation worse for All My Sons by not calling the police while All My Sons was driving while intoxicated I am again demanding full reimbursement

All My Sons was a great experience for moving The entire process was professional, timely, efficient and the gentleman worked as a team when moving my items Supervisor checked with me during the move to be sure everything was going as planned and I was confident of the team I recommend All My Sons Moving for local or long distance moving

This move took place on August 30, 2016, we have not heard anything from the customer since the move dateDuring the move we completed a quality assurance call and the shipper advised 8/30/9:57:AM [redacted] QA All Good SPOKE WITH [redacted] AND CREW IS DOING GREATAlso, there is not a picture attached of said couch inside the new homeThis move was over months ago, it is difficult to go back and fact check a move that happened so long agoIs there a reason the shipper waited so long to advise us of the move being unsatisfactory to them?

We are truly sorry we were unable to complete your moveIt is never our intention to not complete a move or to cause any stress for a potential customer, we had unforeseen circumstances that arose and we did everything we could to face the challenge and minimize the disappointmentAgain, please accept my apology for not being able to complete the move for you
