Terrible. My advise - Never ever ever buy Allstate insurance. This company is a collection of liars and cheaters.
Several years ago Home insurance was bought on my name by an Allstate agent without my knowledge. At that time I had an insurance with other company and had no plans on changing it. My account was charged for over $1200 without my knowledge as well. My mistake thinking that it was just a single dishonest agent - I've found another one with the same company. HUGE mistake. As of July 2019 my insurance policy was paid in full until February 23 of 2020. However, I January 2020 I've accidentally found out that my account was charged by Allstate and my insurance policy increased by over $1600 since unknown to me driver appeared on my policy. It took me almost 2 month trying to prove that the person added to my policy is unknown to me. That when the HELL and nonsense started. I had to prove that I do not know who is that person is, submitting all required by Allstate documents proving something which I was not aware of - trying to get my money back? 3 investigations with Allstate customer support was opened - no positive results - just lie after lie and huge amount of disrespect. Untrained, disrespectful, hart less and rude customer support.
I switched to Progressive and planing to fight Allstate in court to get my refund. Please remember - This company is a collection of liars and cheaters. Stay away as far as you can. There is no honest people I've met in this company. Probably they do exists, but .....

I have been an Allstate customer over 2 years without any accidents. I was involved in a no fault accident with minor damage to my tires and wheels. Upon picking my vehicle up I was told I needed to pay 130 dollars for the tires on my vehicle on top of my deductable . Also I received terrible customer service from representatives of Allstate. Also the tires that were replaced appear to be used tires.

on 6-3-19 I called Allstate to discuss if foundation issue are covered on my policy. they stated earth movement was not. I was asked if I wanted to still file a claim. I told them no. I found out today that a claim was generated without my approval. claim number is *** ncc

Insurance agent gave me a quote including discounts that I did not qualify for. The price that they quoted me was not the price that they charged me. They neglected to inform *** that I had switched companies, causing my insurance to lapse. They did resolve this issue. They also informed me that I could take a six hour defensive driving course to lower my premium, or give "a guy" 60 dollars for the certificate without sitting through the class. They also told me that in the event of an accident, they have an auto body shop where I will not have to pay a deductible. These business practices do not sound ethical, let alone legal. I cancelled my insurance with them on Feb. 19th 2020. They took $273.60 out of my checking account on Feb. 20th 2020. They refuse to refund me more than 65 dollars, saying that that is the adjusted amount of what I owe them retroactively. I don't see how they can take money out of my bank account after I terminated my business relationship with them. The best answer that they can provide to me is that it is not their fault because the person that sold me the policy no longer works there because of practices such as this.

My bank accounts were compromised online and my accounts had to be closed and new accounts opened. I had auto pay to Allstate for my auto insurance. I emailed them and spoke to them on the phone about the issue. They said that had already submitte for payment against the closed account. When it was returned they charged me a $35 insufficient funds charge and a $10 late fee. I complained to them about this not being my fault and they refused to reverse the charges. No other company that I dealt with refused to reverse the charges Allstate was the only one that would not. I guess I am not in good hands. I cancelled all my policies with them.

I have my auto and home insurance with Allstate insurance company since two decades ago and I never filed a claimed.
Recently we have an accident- our car had damages and we filed a claim ***. Allstate told us to go to their trusted contracted repair-shop to do the repair. The name provided was *** Auto collision on Manheim road in Melrose Park, IL.
I read the review and did not like what we saw. I went there and got an estimate from the *** for $6157 - this estimate did not include the damages under the hood, because if they opened the hood, they could not close the hood.
I sent this estimate to allstate and asked them to reimburse me so I can go to my choice of repair shop. They said OK, and I towed the car to repair shop on *** Autocare on *** W Division street in Chicago, IL.
However, since then, Allstate is dragging the payment and is saying their adjusted must take a look at the estimate. Also, yesterday when I contacted Trisan *** from Allstate, she said that I could do a photo estimate and send that estimate to allstate. I do not understand; when I have a document , paper, signed by their contracted auto-body repair shop for $6157, why again they are asking me to do photo and send to them so they provide an estimate. This is nothing other than trying to not pay or pay less so that the quality repair is not available to customers. This is unfair act of business.

I purchased the policy on September 6, 2019. Due to financial hardship. I needed to cancel the policy with All-State and obtain insurance with a different company. The total policy amount with All-State as of 09/21/2019 was $1,166.95 for 6 months. This would guarantee a monthly payment plan of $194.50. These payments were paid in full using my bank's auto-pay system. This would guarantee payments paid in full and on time. On December 16,2019, the All-State Agency named in this complaint (***) took full advantage of the banking auto-pay system and withdrew $550.89. This payment is above and beyond the payment necessary to complete the obligation for the policy. The Policy was written as a six-month agreement were $194.50 should have only been secured by All-State each month. This policy was not due for a renewal until March 2020. The inflated amount taken from my account is what peaked my attention of this deceitful act. Despite three months of communication in reference to refunding the unused portion of the amount taken from the auto-pay system. The personnel at the office has told me for three months that someone would get back to me. As of date no one from that office has called or sent any communication in regards to the matter. As a matter of fact, in speaking with Jonathan *** I was told that he was unable to handle my dispute because he was out of the country for two months. No one else in the office seem willing to assisting in this matter. The amount of $550.89 is $350.39 over the agreed amount that would be deducted from the auto-pay account. This Transaction taken by ***, begs the question of how many others customers have been victimized by this type of activity. As a single Mom of three Children the amount taken without my consent by *** is truly a financial burden to me and my family. I am respectfully requesting the assistance of you agency to help me resolve this matter.

I had a car accident on December 9, 2019 while working at *** another car crashed into me, which means it was NOT my fault. I sent the claim to Allstate, at first they did the whole procedure in these cases; the investigation, the calls, check the damage of the car through an application with photos and via telephone with a rather arrogant insurance agent that basically minimized the whole problem, after this I received an estimate and an email where it is stated that it was not my fault and that I can take the car to the mechanic to get it fixed, okay I took the car to the workshop at Honda and when called to Allstate to manage the rented car while my car is being fixed, another person from Allstate (Jerry ***) took all the same information that I had already given them repeatedly at the beginning of all that and after that he told me that I cannot leave the car in the workshop because he needs to do another investigation. Obviously this is happening almost 2 months after the accident and this person never called me to talk about the accident just until I did, I questioned him why I never received a call from him since it had been almost 2 months and his response I was: sorry that it happened. I never received a response from the alleged investigation I have called them repeatedly and they never solve anything, my car is still crashed and almost 3 months have gone by. I am tired of the negligence of these people and the terrible customer service they handle. I need my car fixed as soon as possible.

Allstate insurance provided a rental car to us while our car was in the body shop. *** rent a car charged my credit card $216.45 because Allstate did not send authorization for the additional 7 days the car needed to be in the body shop (*** Toyota collision, Cumming GA). Also, Erica *** (person who was handling my claim at Allstate) told me that they will send approval to *** for an Intermediate car, *** said they never received the authorization for intermediate car. I've left numerous messages for Erica *** and yet to hear back from her.

Hello I was involved in an accident on oct 5th 2019 with Allstate insurance and they accepted that is their fault, when she hit my car it bumped against my right tire and right lower bumper. I have hearing the clicking noise since the accident day. I also have my steering wheel is not straight anymore since the accident. I have been very patient and since I am going to school I dont have time to keep calling them over and over again, because its been over 4 months they are still questioning me and won't pay me for my mechanical damages, my car is been like this since oct 5 when she hit my car. finally after over 4 months they just paid me for my car body damages and they won't pay me for the mechanical damages, I talked to the adjuster his name is Raul *** he was not being nice to me and he also accused me for something that is not his business, he also was lying to me that he said he talked to my mechanic and my mechanic told him that the damages it is related to the mechanical damages and when Raul called me back after talking to my mechanic he said my mechanic told him it is not related which is a lie and I called my mechanic he said I did told him that it is related , they are just playing games with me and changing the words and looking for excuse to not pay me, my right wheel was hit from the accident. the scratches rubbed off after many car washes and also we had a lots of rain I know it is related because it is in the area of damage. only my right axle and wheel alignment needs to be replaced. the one in the accident. not the left one. the estimate that my mechanic gave me is $699.99, I talked to Raul's supervisor he said we won't pay you, I told him please I was very patient and waited for over 4 months I need to fix my car you guys have to pay me and he refused, the supervisor number is , please I need to get my car fixed, I dont have the money to fix it, its their Responsibility to pay me, its been over 4 months I dont wanna wait anymore, thank you so much

Problem1) On 4/16/2019 I have a accident , I paid loan off why I was trying to get fair market value. Allstate also paid it's of before make a settlement with me. Delta credit union sent Allstate check back. Now Allstate refuse to sent me the check. Problem# 2} I was disappointing with Allstate serviced. I informed my agent that I was leaving, two weeks before my renew day. I received a bill from Allstate state that I owe $202. I contacted corporate office. I was told that I have to give a 180 days notice.

Customer for 20+ years $72,000 given to allstate

Hi my name is Tyler Rivera! My family has been with Allstate for I believe over 20 years.

I grew up coming to this office on st rd 84 and pineisland in davie. I still remember the original manager (David Feathers) and I even know the new guy Carlos but not on a personal level like david feathers.

So I got T-boned as of Jan29th 2019 while driving my 2017 Toyota corolla SE. I was not at fault. I had my car towed and made the insurance claim the same day. The following morning through allstate I had made a appointment with a rental car place enterprise to pick up a car.

issue #1
On Jan 30th I called enterprise to make sure their was a car for me to witch they had to me. "There is no reservation under your name. So I called Allstate witch told me " Yes there is a reservation at that enterprise for you under your name" So At this point I said screw it I'm going in person! I arrive.... and get the same result. "their is no reservation" but this time the second I got on the phone with allstate and told them all of a sudden after the call the reservation pops up.

On the same day after I finally got the reservation problem fixed. they tell me I have the car from jan 30th- feb 1st. WHEN THE MINIMUIM DAYS IS 3 AND I WAS TOLD 3 DAYS. witch got me beyond mad. But once again as soon as I get of the phone with allstate problem fixed and allstate reps tell me They put in all the info correctly its not on there end. but everytime I let them know it magically gets fixed from some fairy (other words not being honest when they see the previous rep had made a mistake I guess its easy to lie to customers and fix it will I'm complaining about it. I worked in a call center I know how it goes...

issue #3 I had my car towed I believe on the 5th from my place to the repair shop Through a phone call with allstate. From the 5th to the 10th the car went legitimately went missing till this day no one know where my car was, Samatha at Weston of Toyota Stated "I received emails about your car on the lot needed to be fixed but for 5 days I couldn't find that car and I kept emailing them back the car is not here!" So once the car magically appears in the lot on the 10th samatha proceeds to go though the claim to get contact information from the paperwork provided by allstate because they need consent from the owner of the car to begin fixing it. (BUT) allstate gave them the wrong contact info (as shown to me by samatha) like come on the phone number wasent even close nor has it ever been on my policy for 20+years

issue #4 since the car has been sitting for about 5-6 days un-touch because of allstate's non stop dropping the ball. I have to return the car WAAAAAYY before it is done. So I asked Mr. Wildler Owner of the claim if he could extend my ($50 a day rental!!!!!!!!!!). He Was very unhelpful and was quick to say "Weston of Toyota should pay for your rental car its not our fault (and made me repeat myself a lot). I then once again reminded him that it was infact allstates fault AGAIN as samatha from Weston Toyota autonation Once again comfirmed that yes it was there fault and she was whilling to tell them the info she has. After calling Mr.Wilder she called me back and told me he wasent whilling to work with me and that she is truly sorry!

lets do some quick math My dad pays over $330 monthly

I checked the file cabinet and from a allstate insurance break down from 2000 so at least 20 years and lets round down because of variables like economy and inflataion.
$300monlty x 12months in a year x 20years

So my family has given your company $72,000 to protect us and to keeps us "In good hands"
But yet when faced with your own mistake because of inconfidence you would extend my rental for 6 days!?!?!?!? at ($50 a day!!!) and im going to be without a car longer because of you guys!?

Betty *** drove off the road and caused damage to my property and the neighbor's property. I was dealing with Nishel *** (a claims adjuster at Allstate) and Randy *** (an outside adjuster hired by Allstate). I reached out to Randy November 15,2019 and sent him an estimate for the damage to my property and never head back. I again reached out to him January 8, 2020 and again never heard back. I finally reached out to him a third time on February 16, 2020 (copying the Allstate claims processor and my attorney) asking why I had still not heard anything. On February 18, 2020, Randy responded by sending me a copy of the estimate he had prepared which erroneously listed *** (the neighbor's property) as the claimant. Everything I had sent him listed the property address as *** Warwick Avenue (not *** Warwick Avenue) including the estimate from the contractor, and the subject line of the emails I had sent either referred to the physical address (*** Warwick Avenue) or the tenant at *** Warwick Avenue (i.e. Property Damage at *** Urgent Care). Randy never asked me for my information for payment, but I did volunteer that information to him in my email dated February 16, 2020. Copies of the documents and emails referrenced will be faxed to you separately. Then on February 25, 2020, Nishel *** at Allstate reached out to me to tell me that the payment had already been processed and sent to *** and that it would be my responsibility to recover those funds from them. I have reached out to company that allegedly recieved funds that were for damage to my property, and have also complained to Allstate and advised them that even if the funds are not recovered from ***, they still owe me the money. I am awaiting a response.

purchase a full coverage policy for my vehicle, also purchase another new vehicle vw Jetta 2019 on 01-05-2020, also add vehicle to the policy with full coverage. I was in an accident 3 weeks after car being purchase. now allsate, representative and adjuster are saying that my policy did not had collision and comprehensive coverage. which is not true.

Other than a manager calling in regards of the complaint in a very nasty an unprofessional way also saying that "we are working on the claim" We still have not solution to the accident claim.

We rely in the insurance companie to protect the things that we work so hard for in case of accident or any type of claim. We are very disappointed of allstate in how they handle our claim and also put our family in a situation of the unkwoun and the uncernty of getting our life back to normal

It has been right at one month since I agreed to Allstate's proposed settlement for the value of my car which was a total loss as a result of their insured's negligence. Immediately after we agreed on the value, I contacted the body shop where my car was located and authorized its release to Allstate. I confirmed that they subsequently had it picked up from the body shop. At the time of settlement, I was told Allstate would immediately send the loan payoff to Nissan Finance, and the equity over payoff to me. To date, I have yet to receive ANY payment for my vehicle. Upon calling the adjuster last week, I was told payment was not authorized until February 11, 2020 (3 weeks after we settled). Still not received. Allstate has done nothing but lie to me and engage in delaying tactics ever since this claim was initiated.

I receive several calls a day from company`s representing them trying to sell me insurance. Today was the final straw I received a call and had to put that call on hold to answer another call from the same company trying to sell me Allstate car insurance. When I let them know they both hung up on me. This in my opinion is a company that just wants to sell a product and not care what they have to do to do it. I have asked several times for them not to call this will not stop them.

Over 20 yrs we've had insurance with Allstate on our vehicles. I had no trouble adding vehicles until recently. Suddenly, after paying less than 200 a month for our cars, one is over 20 yrs old, one is newer, it has more than tripled in price since adding the 15 yr old vehicle we just purchased. For 6 months, it went up to what we were paying for a year. And that was full coverage on one vehicle.
STEVEN *** of the ALLSTATE agency out of Jackson MS, IS RUDE, HATEFUL, DECEITFUL, HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE AND ONLY WANTS TO MAKE MONEY!
I really just wanted to report his agency, but it's not listed.
I went to another agency, got a better deal, with ALL 3 cars, and actually saved some money from the original payment before we added.
Allstate has turned OBAMA CARE of Car insurance!!!

I had to re-open claim with Allstate insurance for hail damages caused by storm on March 20, 2019. Initially they rejected damages , then accuse me of causing damages , lie on having 3rd party in area to inspect damages for long time, killing time and assuming I'll give up on my rights , Talking to several people and non of was able to address concerns or come up with agreement , talked to person who stated he is *** team member , he promised to come back with resolution , talked to another person for about an hour to list out issues " everything written and exist in emails", Texas Department of Insurance complaint submitted and under investigation, there are several other issues that caused by Allstate all listed out in last email and .....
I've spent hours and hours talked to different people who does not have title or proper signature in their emails.This claim has been handled unprofessionally by lie to me, offending me as policy holder of causing damages followed by reject what covered under policy and miss conduct claim in timely manner.
I requested every single person who talked to me to save all calls that I've had with Allstate for further investigation.
All damages were clear in initial pictures taken by Allstate from day 1, not sure why Allstate taken my valuable time and causing inconvenience to pay for Ac unit repair

My vehicle was parked in front of *** Bakery on Sunday morning, January 19, 2020. During that time, my vehicle was involved in a hit and run accident while I had breakfast. A police report was filed, but since there were no injuries involved, no investigation was completed. I contacted Allstate. I took my vehicle to *** Auto Repair in Bloomington, MN. Allstate insisted on a virutal assessment by an Individual who was in Illinois. Based on the damage noted, they then insisted on having a field agent inspect it before any further repair could be completed. It took them 4 days to get a field inspector onsite because they are short staffed. I was was told that after 5 different phone calls. After the virtual inspection, the vehicle was found to have additonal damage.. A supplement was provided for additional repair. After the veicle was taken apart, further damage was discovered. The repair shop sent the information to Allstate to the Supplemental Claims Department for Processing on Tuesday. It was ignored. I called again and I was told that an inspector was not available because they are short field staff. Each time I called the phone number listed, another staff answered it. When I requested the person I had spoke with previously, they had no clue who it was. I called again the following Monday and the supplement had not been processed. I tried to call the Supplemental Claims and was told it was only an internal function and I was not able to contact it. Today, is Thursday, February 6, and a full two weeks later, Allstate is finally sending another field staff to do another inspection before they will allow repair. It has been 2.5 weeks since my accident and it is still sitting in the repair shop waiting for Allstate to approve. The last damage estimate is now at $10,700 dollars to repair my 2019 Ford Escape. This is unacceptable wait time for approval. This is getting very expensive out of pocket

I HAVE A HOMEOWNERS POLICY..AND IT IS PAID FOR FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR...ON JAN 9TH 2020 , MY HOME WAS BROKEN INTO AND THEY ENTERED THROUGH A BIG BAY KITCHEN WINDOW AND ITEMS WERE STOLEN OUT THE HOME. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED AS WELL AS AN INSURANCE CLAIM...AS OF TODAY FEB 6TH 2020 MY KITCHEN WINDOW IS STILL BROKEN AND I HAVE NOT BEEN COMPENSATED FOR MY BELONGINGS EVEN AFTER SENDING IN RECIEPTS. I OWN A WHOLE IN A VERY GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD BUT YET MY WINDOW IS STILL NOT FIXED AND NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY IN REGARDS TO COMPENSATION.
