Great service, very helpful. Worth the money for this purchase.
I had a 2 year contract from February 2017 and filed for service on my PC with less than two weeks left. Everything went fine, they changed a part and sent it bac to me. Sometimes all works out just right. Thank you.

Replaced television in a timely manner and were easy to work with.

Bluetooth went out of wack.
Filed claim. Received a swift response along with instructions to send off headset.
One week later I received a call concerning the status of my Bluetooth headset.
They replaced it with an upgrade and I received it with little wait time.

Great customer service, guick decision and payment
I have gotten Square Trade warranties on various items over the years. On the occasions when I've needed to file a claim, they've always been pleasant and helpful. They have also saved me some money, which is why I continue to get their warranties on purchases that might fail. This last time it was on an airbed, which failed just shy of the one-year mark. The Square Trade people were nice and helpful. My only complaint, and the reason I didn't give them five stars, was that the item ended up still being under the manufacturer's warranty (which I really didn't know existed). So after I'd been on the phone with Square Trade and then filed an online claim with them, at the end of the claim-filing procedure (which took quite a while) it told me to contact the manufacturer since the item was still under that warranty. I did that, and now have a replacement airbed. I just wish Square Trade had told me that immediately when I told them I'd had the item less than a year. Still, I'm pretty satisfied with my experiences with Square Trade and will continue to use them.
SquareTrade has been very helpful and very responsive to my claims. If they can't fix it, they will either replace it or give you the full purchase price back if irreparable. They just did that with my stove, since parts were hard to find to repair it in a timely fashion. I've had 6 service contracts with them in the last 6 years and a few of them required claims.
The always responded quickly, asked for small video of the problem, and fixed my problem. I would recommend them unconditionally.
Worst experience I have had in a while. I have been trying to get an issue resolved with my TV since Oct.2018 and after getting yelled at by a rep. and getting 3 sets of techs come out to my house they finally replace my TV March 2019 and only because I let the last rep that I talk to know that I had work done on my TV 3 times already. Sad thing was, they didn't even have that in their notes. Very stressful experience.
They were great to work with. Got everything taken care of in one call. Got problem resolved fast.
