I thank the HEAVENS for SquareTrade. I had two mishaps with my *** Watch: 1st battery died in January??, 2nd cracked screen in March??????? the repairs were made very quickly and efficiently with no questions asked. The best investment I’ve ever made.

I bought an ion plunge speaker for 54.87 plus 9.88 for the square trade..I've been trying to make a claim on it for a very long time. square trade always (CANT FIND) receipts or product information.. now that I finally get someone to help me they trying bot give full price back or even try to fix the speaker. I could have took the product back to ***s club an got my full 69.22$ back. but I had a square trade so I tried going thru them. now after all the hassle they wont even try to fix it.and its to late to take back to ***'s club and they know that.. square trade sais they would find a replacement or refund my total..now they say they will send me 54$.. so basically I paid them 10$ to write a check..no.. Because of square trade not filing claims right and not getting back to people and always losing receipts they caused me not to be able to take take the item back to the store because it's too late so therefore I feel they should pay the total price on my receipt

We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding our warranty.Squaretrade offers repair, replacement or reimbursement as our resolutions. Which resolution is available depends on your product category and the issue it is experiencing. In this instance Squaretrade initially requested a receipt in order to fully register the customer warranty. Once this process was completed Squaretrade approved the consumer for a full reimbursement of the item price.We understand the consumer would prefer additional reimbursements but Squaretrade does not compensate for taxes or for our warranty purchasing price. Being that we have provided a resolution as detailed in our warranty contract we have met the obligations beneath this warranty.

I am rejecting this response because: square trade took way too long to respond with this claim..causing me not able to return to store for full refund ..now they want to pay back half..they didn't even try to fix the item.. just said no..I don't believe they couldn't find a replacement. ion company has other speakers...not acceptable

Squaretrade has provided this consumer a full reimbursement for the price of the item.Per section 7 of our warranty terms and conditions "WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST TIME, OR LOST DATA RESULTING FROM THE FAILURE OF ANY PRODUCT OR EQUIPMENT OR FROM DELAYS IN SERVICE OR THE INABILITY TO RENDER SERVICE.". Being that we have provided this consumer a resolution stated within our policy terms and conditions we have met our obligations beneath this plan and cannot provide any additional compensation.

I was impressed with the way my claim was handled. I put in my claim on Monday and received a check on Friday for the full amount.

Square Trade, was easy to understand, Saved me, by being the better part of an particularly bad day. They delivered as we agreed of, & If available at my Retailer, I will buy their protection trade plan, Because It's better then what the in-store returns actually turn out to be. Although it costed me, the plan. I did not end up spending double, just to have my broken phone replaced. I choose an Electronic Gift Card, BTW - Which worked out well. - However, the *** Retailer, where I bought my device, I am very not pleased, with their side of the business deal. So, Thank-You For all the Help, Square-Trade!

They were great in their friendly customer service assistance, follow through, and very prompt in payment! Could not ask for anything more.

I will always purchase a Square Trade warranty for any costly electronics. I have had repairs to iPads and a Kindle. Tech support is great; if the problem can’t be fixed through the support line, their mail in repair service is excellent. Product repaired and back home within 10 days. Great response to questions. Can’t compliment them enough!

On 3/9/19 I purchased a Square Trade Warranty for a printer from ***. It was supposed to auto populate in my Square Trade account under " Manage My Warranties." After several calls to Square Trade they gave me many stories, such as *** did not enter it. I called *** they said it was an automated process with Square Trade. Every time I called Square Trade they would give a different answer. Calls made (March 11, 2:44pm, March 14, 2:31pm, March 18 2:17pm and 2:31pm). I paid for a product that I am not getting a record of in my account. Also when I do their search on the website by clicking on the button that says, "I don't see all of my plans" I enter my last name and *** account number and I get the error,"We’ve found an account, but your email doesn’t match." Customer service refuses to fix this error as well even though all my information is correct with in my account. And finally when on the Revdex.com website under the Square Trade page *** it says,"Alert: Filing a complaint? Looking for a faster resolution? Call SquareTrade's complaint line directly - *** Monday through Thursday 8 am to 6:30 pm Pacific Time and a Resolution Specialist will work with you to resolve your issue." Yet you will only get a recording that is number is not in service.

We apologize for any difficulty with the registration of this warranty.Squaretrades works with our partners to ensure most warranties arrive into our system automatically. Unfortunately this is not the case for every warranty, as occasionally Squaretrade will need a copy of the item purchasing receipt in order to locate the policy. This is a standard policy and once we are provided the receipt we will follow up with the consumer within 1-2 business days.In this instance our specialists have explained this process to the consumer and sent an email requesting we are provided the receipt. We have not yet been provided this documentation and this would be necessary in order to proceed.

Second time my son crack his *** laptop screen and they fixed them both. From the time I contacted them to when we got it back was only one week. This includes them sending the package box for me to send the laptop in. Thanks.

Have not had a claim with them as of today.
I did need refund on two policies and the money was quickly sent.

I am a long time customer of Square Trade warrenntee company and I have always been very happy with the coverage and the price.

I received a *** dash camer (2pkg) for Christmas After 10 weeks the plug tip broke. We were very careful with it taking it out when cold. I called Square trade and they told me that it was an accessory and I would have to pay 24.95 for cord and plug All one piece It was only guaranteed for 30 days. Then they said they would replace whole thing since camera wouldn't work. Next 3mail aid they would refund That was fine but I couldn't find a plug and cord anywhere. So frustrated Called *** and ***. *** said I could buy from them the plug and cord for 24.99 Why when I spent 80.00 would I pay 24.99 after buying warranty I did not have to return camera so have a camera and no plug. I reported to *** that square trade should cover this sine it was sold as one whole compartment or people on TVV should be notified about paying for an accessory How many other things work this way Square Trade did send heck but the way it is worded That is the only time they will fix the camera I bought two so if it happens to the other one I am up a creek. I don't think I will take warranty from them again. B are of accessories
