Great representative made it easy and was so understanding to my inability to know the computer. He took his time and I never fely inadequate. Everything went great.
Purchased a 4 year warranty plan for my computer headphones. The wireless headphones began disconnecting at random. Upon filing a claim I found my only options were to send the headset in for repair. I bought the headphones for 99.99 and they are priced now at 59.99. It is not worth sending in for days for a fruitless repair. On top of that I need the headset for my work and school. I'll just go to the store and buy a new headset, won't be buying anymore Squaretrade warranties.
Dealing with Square Trade was good except for when I downloaded the store receipt they could not read it. After ten separate uploads I finally convinced them to enlarge it on their end and then they could read it with no problem. The repair was more than the cost of the phone so they only reimbursed me for the price that I paid. Other than that everything was fine. The people I spoke to were very kind, understanding and helpful.
Once I reached out to Square Trade to have my *** repaired, everything went smooth. Turn around time was great. I am extremely happy with Square Trade, they are my go-to warranty company.
Great warranty program!!! I got to replace my 3 year old office chair with a brand new one hassle free!!!
Recently I filed a claim for headphones in which I purchased coverage from Sqaretrade. I purchased accidental coverage.
I recently dropped the headphones and ever since, they have continued to disconnect from my phone and have a static hiss that hurts my ears. I filed a claim and they sent me this email refusing to replace them and basicly calling me a liar
Our depot was unable to duplicate your issue/failure reported. A full audit was performed and the device has passed all diagnostic testing and has been deemed fully functional and no repair is needed at this time.
Your unit will ship back to you shortly and tracking information will be emailed to you as it is available.

We apologize for any inconvenience experienced during the claims process.Squaretrade utilizes certified technicians to complete our repairs, of whom are extensively trained to isolate and address device issues. However, Squaretrade is only able to repair issues with are duplicable at the time of service.When this product was received at our repair center the item was extensively audited, including several hours of testing the device audio. Since our technicians were unable to replicate the failures mentioned in the consumer's claim we have returned the product unrepaired and again apologize for any inconvenience.If the failure is reoccurent upon receiving the item we would request the consumer contacts our support center so we can discuss the best steps to proceed.

We greatly apologize to hear of any difficulty with the refund of this policy.When this was brought to our attention a Squaretrade specialist immediately reached out to the consumer to verify if this issue was resolved, as well as to discuss the consumer's concerns with their headphones. We have provided a Squaretrade point of contact for the consumer and appreciate their time and understanding while we worked to resolve this.
Just take a look at the other complaints and what they all have in common is the same as my complaint
1. Product is sent for repair or replacement
2. They claim to be ordering parts for the item to fix it
3. A continual run around about how they need more time to fix it
4. An offer to refund the original $100 for the warranty while they "continue to fix the issues"
5 More continued run around and getting told different dates "if it is not fixed by X we will give you a full refund"
6. Finally totally frustrated come to Revdex.com to file a complain and.... Revdex.com has posted Alert

Wow Revdex.com has sooo many complaints they have to post an ALERT....really sad
So while filing this complaint I give yet another phone call and this time after a period of time on hold I am told ok we will send you a check and you will get it in ten days ( no promise the check will clear ) so I should get a check by NLT May 6 2019 and if the check clears this may be solved if not I may need additional help. I had already typed all of this up because......honestly read the complaints it is very obvious Square Trade will fix a problem that cost less than $100 (cost of warranty) but as soon as it goes over $100 people have to fight for the warranty and I get it that is how they make money but if you have an honest claim/issue they should not give people such a run around....hopefully the check arrives and clears...I asked for a tracking number but the CS rep did not have one
We apologize for any delays experienced with this claim. Squaretrade does our best to ensure all item repairs are completed within our service guarantee period of 5 business days. In certain instances our technicians need to order the components needed to complete the service, as we will never return an item to a customer which fails to pass a thorough hardware diagnostic. This can cause additional delay and if the item exceeds 5 business days at our repair center we can provide consumers a full refund of their warranty purchasing price, as was provided in this case. Due the amount of time this product has been at our depot Squaretrade has migrated the claim to a different resolution, of which the consumer has already been notified. Squaretrade provides repair, replacement and reimbursement resolutions as per our discretion and we do apologize if the consumer is dissatisfied with this option. Being that we have fully refunded the warranty and are currently processing a resolution for the consumer we cannot provide any alternatives. We again apologize and appreciate the consumer's patience while this was investigated.
Squaretrade issues payments via standard USPS shipping, this typically takes 7-10 business days to arrive to the consumer. Because payments are shipped with this method we are unable to provide tracking information.If the consumer has not received payment we would request we are contacted with an alternative mailing address so we can have the check resent. We again apologize for any inconvenience.

Square trade helped us out with our product and made it easy to do. They are Definately worth having if you need a warrenty on a product.
It was very easy to enter my claim on the Square Trade Web site. A representative contacted me within 24 hours. He was friendly and professional. I received a full reimbursement for my deceased microwave oven only a few days later.
In my entire 70 years I have never had a claims experience as simple, effortless, as fast as I experienced with Square Trade. My wife's old ***hone was replaced with the latest *** 5. The fact that she got her new phone 2 days after initial filing is only the fact the it was prior to completing my claim filing.
Very quick response and when they couldn't fix my TV, they ordered a replacement new TV which reached me in 2 days!!!
My freezer had gone out after having it for 2 1/2 yrs, and I am so glad I bought the protection plan.
I called them and they took the information , had me do a couple of things to make sure the freezer was not working . They replaced the purchase price of the freezer without any problems and in very short time. I am very pleased with the service I got from Square Trade.
