For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It is the same old stuff that they sent before I have tracking numbers of merchandise I returned I do not deserve to be treated like this One reason they do not like me is because I got Amazon involved with a couple of them because they took so long to get the return, but you still received the items The ones they listed they received the items I do not like the fact they are making me out to look like the bad guy Most recently I was approved for Roamans credit card also Why would they approve me if they thought something was wrong with me Ask them that I also have several emails stating that they received items I used amazon shipping because they provided label that tracking numbers that I did not have to pay for That is what Amazon is all aboutI am sorry they feel that way, but this is ridiculous and they treat there customers very poorly which I do not appreciate Please let me start shopping there again so at least it will look like you tried to help out and those review I read regarding your company will not look as bad because you resolved this Let me use my brand new credit card from you guys that I got approved Please You need to try to be big about this and ask the lady that kept emailing me for for the emails It did take longer than weeks to get a credit once I returned Items The lady kept say and how would I know this if it was not true that you need to go through the whole cycle before the credit will be posted Why would she say that if I did not return the items

Our records indicate that Ms*** returned the Chambray cargo pants 5/4/and we refunded $to her credit cardUnfortunately, the exchange department entered the wrong color, and the cargo pants shipped in the correct size but the same Chambray colorThe Chambray cargo pants in the larger size is processing as a return todayWe will make sure that Ms*** is refunded $for her return. This response claims in one of its very first lines that they have "reached out to me via email and resolved the matter to my satisfaction" They have done NO SUCH thing That is a blatant lieI was flagrantly told via email that I would not receive any refund without returning the items that I never asked for in the first place.I am angry that I lost nearly $to this company and they're only willing to refund me a little over half of that amount I am willing, however, to let that go and accept the refund they claim they are going to offer me, but here's the deal: I have read previous complaints about this company from other customers who complained to the Revdex.com, that once they have marked their Revdex.com complaints "resolved" they never actually received the refunds they were promised Until that money actually reappears on my credit card, I DO NOT consider this matter closed Once the money is returned to me, only then will I close my complaint
