Three full months waiting for my CONFIRMED order # [redacted] on August 11, of the "free backpack, pay shipping only" offer on [redacted] that would take "3-weeks," and zero response from their ostensible "customer service" team, which I doubt existsBuyer bewareScammersThey're stealing from all of us, bucks at a time

I ordered the free item, just pay shipping Over two months later I have not received the item I have tried to contact them via email twice with no response So basically they stole my money

I ordered the free Alpine Explorer Backpack on August 21, As advertised on the [redacted] , I paid shipping My payment of $was made through Amazon pay I received a confirmation email saying it would be 3-weeks I have not received the product nor heard from them I posted this issue on their site yesterday and there was no reply

On September 16, I placed an on-line order through a [redacted]  for a backpack that was advertised as free - only shipping and handling were charged for a total of $I did receive a text message saying that my order was received and that they will notify me when it is shippedI have not received the item as of 10/25/I sent an email to the company's customer service regarding my order on October 12th and I have received no response,

Ordered a freebie in SeptemberWaited a month- which I was warned in the emailContacted support twice and no word backEven though I only paid for shipping-that it is still something Very disappointed in this experience

I placed my order for 4 items (total $49.95) on November 5, 2018 and haven't received my items nor any replies to my emails and today is January 17, 2019. I am trying to get a refund through PayPal, but I'm not confident I'll ever see that money again.

I placed an online order with this company on Aug 31, and my card was charged on the same dayI received a text confirmation of the orderAs of Nov 26, I have still not received the items or confirmation of shipmentThe company states orders arrive in 4-weeks, I have now been waiting for weeksI texted the company on Sept 17, [redacted] messaged them on Nov 16, emailed them on Nov 16, and posted a comment on their [redacted] page on Nov 26, all with no responseThey do not list a phone number for customer support on their website

I ordered my freebies on 08/31/Up until today which Is 10/26/18, still haven't get a confirmation email about the shippingI emailed them twice about the shipping, no responseI am very disappointed about their serviceAll o want to do now is to cancel the order and get the refund, but there is no phone number you can call (they only have email)I feel like I have be scammedDon't trust any freebies ever

I got scammed. Maybe my fault but I fell for the free backpack ad. I ordered two items and paid shipping of $23.95. This was back in August! I have NEVER received my items but my credit card was charged.I have sent three emails with NO response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I'm having the same problem everyone else in this review has had. On Aug. 24, 2018 I placed my order for the backpack with a $12.38 shipping fee tacked on. My account was charged within that week. Still haven't received the item. My attempts at email went unanswered. This guy is taking a lot of peoples hard earning money and pocketing it for himself. This is a scam and theft. (swear words) - order # ***  --There is no rating. Its a big negative. (I couldn't delete the 1 star.)
