I am rejecting this response because: I returned the machine before the days was up***l the sales person said I had days to try the machineThis company was to buy me out of my contract with Wells FargoI called several times and got no responseI asked to speak to a supervisor and I spoke with Karen who promised me she would get back to meShe never didI called her several timesI then spoke to a customer service representative named CharlesHe gave me the address where to return the machineHe did not send me any additional paperwork to fill outIn the mean time they have taken $out of my accountThey continue to send me a monthly statement and take money out of my account and I do not have their machineLast month they took $out of my accountI called over again and they sent me a form to fill outI would like my money returned as they did not keep their end of contract and pay to get me out of my contract with Wells Fargo

I am rejecting this response because:The application I had signed is application, that is what it said, not a contract or any obligatory documentIf account is not activated what does it take to maintain itI was not aware of this charges because in my business checking account it never came up as IPayment, but came up as BANKCARD/MTOT DISC 4***SASHA G SALON & SPA, which to me look like it was charges for discover card (DISC)I only realized there maybe a problem as I called the number on the IPayment statement as it states ( -$64.89) and I assumed I had a credit coming for $from discover and was told thats money that came out of my account and had been charged to my account ever since 6/14/ Seventeen months charges for work they never did total of almost $I don't know how its possible that's been a legal charges.I am extremely disappointed in practices by this company and representative selling their servicesI feel both parties practice deceptive business activities.Please reconsider credit to my account in good faith

Hello,We are unable to review what you mention we should on the call with the sales agent. The application your company submitted contains all pertinent information for your review before agreeing to and using our services. Digital applications with digital signatures are accepted.
I do apologize but we did not forge the application. I do see you using our services at one point. How did your company apply/setup and use the service without authorizing and agreeing to an application? The services were used and the application was agreed to with your company, we are unable to refund fees owed for services rendered

Agreement with a Schedule of Fees on Page of the documentThese fees are used to maintain the account despite inactivity on the Merchant AccountOn 11/18/15, our records indicated we received a signed closure form; thus cancellation will be escalatedUnfortunately because the fees are used for maintenance on the Merchant Account, no refunds can not be processed

We do not show a closure form being sent in August We will as a courtesy waived owed collections balance

Upon research, it appears that we have no agreements with iPayment, Inc iPayment, Inc somehow obtained our company credit card number and began charging our credit card from 2011-a small amount of $150/month so it was under the radar in our finance department After reporting this to our credit card company, we sent an email to iPayment inquiring about why they were charging our credit card Unidatum Integrated Products had never worked with iPayment, Inc and has never signed any merchant agreement with this company The only merchant account that Unidatum Integrated Products has had was with Innovative Merchant Solutions LLC for a merchant account and it is documented as an account that was opened on February 23, Unidatum Integrated Products closed the Innovative Merchant Solutions account over the phone with IMS on June 3, Unidatum opened a new merchant account with Flagship Merchant Services and Authorize.net on the same day Innovative Merchant Solutions had been charging over $150/month for any month that had no credit card transactions and was overpriced We went with Flagship because they charged only $25/month for no card transaction months and had a low transaction rate Innovative Merchant Solutions spoke to A*** *** over the phone and closed the account The $150/month charges from innovative merchant solutions stopped happening after that call Somehow, iPayment obtained our credit card number several months later and began charging our card again Unidatum and iPayment has no legal agreement to do business iPayment has delivered no services to Unidatum at ANY point in time So there is no account that needed to be closed We have no records of an account or account number with your company iPayment cannot claim to be piggybacking our closed account at Innovative Merchant Solutions LLC for it was closed.Unidatum Integrated Products LLC and A*** *** reserves the right to sue iPayment, Inc for fraudulent credit card charges and credit card theft Upon research on our end, we now realize the true gravity of this issue is not an unclosed account miscommunication but unauthorized usage of our credit card We request that iPayment provide all documentation in their possession regarding any accounts with Unidatum Integrated Products and A*** *** We request proof of signatures and agreements made between your company and ours We reserve the right to seek recompensation for amounts charged against our credit card in the future should your company continue not to cooperate on this matter.Below is an email chain in after research that helped us realize that we have no account with you.

Hello. iPayment acknowledges the concern witht the equipment and the old processor. However, on the iPayment application, there are no addendums to the agreement showing the agent would cancel the previous processor. We will work to get this matter resolved if we have further supporting...
