HelloWe understand the gravity of the situation regarding the funds on holdThe merchant account was orginally set up under the Standard Industry Code as Personal and Career TrainingBy runnning the $1,transaction as a travel expense, iPayment can not process the the transaction due to
liability issuesWe have offered the merchant to process the refund with no expense to iPayment and also offered the merchant we would process the refund with the merchant's signed consentAt this point in time we can not deposit the funds into the business checkings account

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:We already shipped the goods to our customersWe printed the transactions from our merchant account so definitely our account was not closed yet when the transactions was settled Also we never received phone calls or emails from Ipayment or Quick commerce telling us that the transactions were not captured Aside from that we got proof from Authorize.net telling us that those transactions with the total amount of $4,969.47 were authorized and captured, please see attached file, authorize.net put a password to open the file, this is the password for that excel file kkKwPamADxRdYou can also call authorize.net for verification that they transferred the money to IpaymentThe total transaction that was settled should be $32, Please release the fund as soon as possible.Below are the info for authorize.net:Authorize.net Customer Support at ###-###-####Our Merchant Account Number is LAst digit or our Business Tax I.D: 1477Our Email Address: [email protected]

Hello,We are sorry for the issues regarding the billing. Yes the PCI Compliance annual fee was waived in your contract. We refunded the first installment which was $60.00. The 2nd(final) installment of $was not refunded as it did not clear your bank account. Your bank
had blocked the debit and thus never paid to us. The $has been waived from collections. We are unable to issue the refund you request as the funds were never paid to us

We do not have any notes on the account reflecting these issues As a courtesy we have sent in the closure request on the merchant behalf and waived the early termination fee

All fee's are disclosed in Merchant Processing Agreement No fee's will be waivedIf merchant wishes to close the account the will need to submit a closure request form completed by the merchant and submitted to iPayment Inc for processing The merchant will be responsible for any Early
Termination Fee if they choose to close early

Hello,We are sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced. To confirm, we do not have any funds held. To date, your merchant account has a balanced owed from two chargebacks (customer disputes) that we have had to pay back to the issuing bank. Your business is contractually
obligated to pay for chargeback transactions. Currently your merchant account is $-from chargebacks we have covered. Any funds held have gone towards rejected items and fees which you were unable to pay.Additionally, we see you have spoken with our Risk department about this matter on 6/17/2015.Thank you

I must reiterate our customer service department spoke with you on 08/01/regarding our closure proceduresYou refused to be transferred and disconnected the line on your end, we did not hang up on you. From there, we did not receive a call from you until 06/08/2015. We attempted to assist you in We have monthly costs which are not waived if you do not process any volumein 08/01/you were aware your account was still open and active and failed to provide the closure request we require.We can only assist so much up until you are unwilling to complete the process with us

I am rejecting this
response because: not only are the fees unsubstantiated, I-payment generated more fees in the amount of $on July 7, after closing the account and settling all fees in June. The company lied about the amount of fees due and is tying to take even more money. Luckily my bank account was closed down to prevent further theft, my next step will be to pursue criminal charges

Merchant had a year agreement, not year Merchant was closed due to rejected debits, not for any other reason

We will be crediting back the reserve fee's and then releasing funds to you
