Hello, We believe the complainant is referring to the merchant account for Allentown Pharmacy, Incwhich was closed 6/9/The merchant processed credit card sales up to 6/8/and put a stop payment on June month end feesCurrently, iPayment Incis owed for the processing volume from JuneAs the account has a balance owed, no refund request may be grantedAll services have been rendered and must be paid for per the agreement with the merchantWe are unable to provide credit card processing for free, as the client placed a stop payment on our charges.The client did receive a partial refund as a courtesy This was done to attempt retention on the account As the client has now closed and placed a stop payment on fees owed for services rendered We will be unable to extend any further courtesy refunds.Thank you

Hello, we understand the concern for the processing limits regarding the businessOur application states the highest amount the merchant can process in a single transaction, also known as the High Ticket, was initially set $6,The amount is based on financial documents of each credit card merchant accountOur records indicates iPayment is currently allowing the merchant to process credit cards as long as the merchant adheres to the processing limitsThe main reason a merchant service provider sets limits is to avoid liabliity for future disputesiPayment can reassess the limits in months review the account again

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: this is a ridiculous statement on maintaining my closed account--money has been taken since last year from both of my business accounts--this account was closed so their would be no reason to maintain a closed account other than to take money that they did not earn--last time anyone even answered the phone they were looking into it and would get back to me-which they never did!!There has been a good bit of money on accounts that showed no activity other than them taking money from both--I am in compliance because I have to be in compliance to be able to take credit cards thru m local bank--I am only asking for money to be returned to my bank that was not earned for any reason from this company-I will get the statements from both accounts to show how much they have taken--we are a mom and pop shop senior citizens trying to make a living to have to be taken advantage of Regards, D [redacted]

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: On page of the contract it was stated this was a month to month account and the fee schedule was crossed out by MrM*** [redacted] who stated these fees did not apply I previously requested a copy of the statements since July and was given the contract, which I already have a copy of It clearly states in the notes No contract, month to month, no annual fees, no PCI Compliance fees, free loaner terminal and no business verification fees Yet I was still charged a "fee" and without access to the statements, I cannot determine what "fee" is being assessed On the top portion of page there were multiple fees crossed out and notes below stating the fees were not to be assessed on this account Please advise Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: this is unacceptable I signed up in specifically stated my minimum charge would be or more I never received a credit card reader the charge was instantly refunded per processing companies suggestions they staTed they needed further banking information to be able to process the bigger charges and that the charger would be voided until I turned the banking information for review they then charged my account dollars for processing this one transaction that was instantly refunded per their request I did not qualify for their services per our discussion through customer service at which time I told them I was not interested in their services in relieved a credit card reader in mail after they charged my account dollars and canceled my request to use their service they used high pressure sales tactics and never explained any of their hidden fees cancelation fees at all I believe their service as showed by numerous complaints files against them that they are a shoddy company I never once signed up for I payment services in signed up for clover services and have proof of all my dealings with them was told by higher ups of company this would be taken care of and there was no reasoning for the charges that even they did not understand why my account was charged my opinion this company is a fraud set out to defraud small business and steal money from them without proper reasoning or explanation I intend to start a class action lawsuit against this company for the thousands of small business that they have stolen money from Regards, J [redacted]

Hello,To clarify, your account was not closed in 2016, as clarified in our last response When you process with our services, you authorize us to debit your checking account any fees that are owed for said services used (refer to program guide)When you close your account, that does not waive or alter the agreement you have made to pay for said services to our companyYou agreed to authorize our company to ACH your business checking account for fees owed for services renderedTo respond to your claim that "..they should send me a statement to collect balance.." this is only done after you fail to pay via the automated recurring charge issued monthlyWe are not obligated to cease the agreed to collection method because you closed your account in the middle of a billing cycleIf you would, please confirm and clarify in your merchant agreement and program guide where it states we must send you a "final statement" for balances owed if you were to close your accountYou have been credited for part of the PCI Compliance fee, to cover your claim you should pay for only part of the yearThis has been completed alreadyWe are unable to refund further fees to you, and we will need to collect the fees owed for the credit card sales you processed and have not paid for.Thank you

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:This company falsified documents in the application process in order to pass the account throughThey knew they do not accept business with weight loss centers and listed us as a personal trainer working from home rather than a doctor's office in order to push our account throughWe were red flagged because we had approx transactions in a day which is for a doctor's office, not so for a personal trainer working from home If they had been honest from the beginning, this never would have happenedPlease move our complaint to Ipayment as they suggestPerhaps then it may get resolved and then I will file a review under their page letting people know that their salesmen will lie to make a sale and then their processing company will keep your money Regards, Julie Storelli

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: It is not accurate They can claim whatever they want I DID NOT agree to a limit approximately 50% of what my historical charges have been for over years Additionally, they sent me a letter rejecting my account AFTER they accepted, and processed amounts over the limit.They can claim whatever they want Their records are inaccurate, and they are well aware of their deceptive practices.Risk management at this company told me that the salesperson submitted what it took to open the account! However, what sales told me (as Flagship not iPayment) was a different storyWhy would I open an account, drop my previous processor of over years to sign up with a service that would not meet my needs?Deceptive practices no matter what they claimIt was never disclosed that I was not even doing business with Flagship, and that was just a name to solicit sales!
