I placed an order with Beyond The Rack on February 21, At that point I was told it could take couple of weeks for deliveryI was ok with thatHowever when I still haven't received anything in April I started asking questionsMy emails were not returned until weeks later and I was told there is a delay with supplier and I should just wait a little longerThis continued in April and MayAt the end of May I was told they discovered that my order was not shipped and their supplier now doesn't have the itemSo they will refund my original form of paymentDIDN'T! Second week of June I received an email saying my money will be "refunded" to me in a form of a store credit I can't order anything at this store - Why would I do that? Orders don't get shipped - so why would I need a store creditFiling a complaint now!
