I had made a purchase with this company on May 14, with the order number ***I had paid $for two items and they were suppose to ship out during the last week of MayEvery few days they keep on changing the delivery timeI have called many times and they told me they we are shipping out the order but it seems that everyone is having the same problem with them not shipping out the products nor returning the money (Facebook page [Beyondtherack])The company seems to be having financial problems and they are not responding to any orders

I ordered bedding months ago, and my order still says "on track"I have emailed times and phoned 5+ times, only getting through to a service rep twice, and one awnsered emailEverytime they reassure me my order is still "on track"They promised a month ago it would be shipped in weeks, but today said it's still en route to themRefusing to give my money back, but would gladly cancel the order for BTR credit!! Do not give your money to this company, you won't get your product or see your money again!!

I placed on order on Feb 7, for several items All of them except have been delivered, each of these items costing CDN I have sent several emails to the company, first requesting information (March 17, response received March 20) and then cancelling my order (May 1, response received confirming cancellation and refund May 11)I have not received a refund to my VISA card yet I sent a third email on June requesting my refund but I have not heard back yet I have contacted my bank but the original delivery date is beyond days therefore VISA is not able to dispute the purchase

Beyond The Rack seems to have a policy of claiming that orders will be shipped next weekIt's always next week without shame or explanation The only recourse is to have your bank reverse charges because this company will do nothing to deliver a product

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER LAST YEAR'S FIASCO I THOUGHT NI WOULD TRUST THEM ONE LAST TIME JOKES ON ME

MY ORDERS WERE CANCELED THEY WERE NOT SHIPPED DUE TO THE ITEM NOT BEING AVAILABLE ACCORDING TO BEYOND THE RACK IT'S A SUPPLIER INVENTORY ERRORS TO MAKE IT SHORT, THEY PROMISED THAT MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL I WAITED TOO LONG THEY GAVE ME ALL KIND OF PROMISES BUT THIS WILL BE RESOLVE, WAIT FOR 24, 48, HOURS AND NO ONE HAS DONE ANYTHING THEY NEVER PROCESS THE REFUND BECAUSE THEY FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY THEY GAVE ME A CASE # WHICH IS *** I HOPE SOMETHING WILL BE DONE RIGHT

I purchased a bedding set on April 11, and was charged for the product on April 12, It has now been eight weeks and the product has not shippedToda contact was made with the company and contrary policies on their website which state they will refund to the original method of payment the company is refusing to do so stating they are under new management and offered credit, It was stated in the conversation that there is no longer any interest in using their services in the future and that they must refund to the method of payment since the product had not yet shipped and even if they did it would not reach the location before the recipient moves locationThey again stated they are under new management and would offer credits and refused to refund the $amount no matter what which again is contrary to their policy=it's onlineI am the recipient and my sister is the account holder and they still would not do anything

I ordered a pair of pyjamas Feb I never received them, sent a complaint and was issued a credit in March of I asked for my money back but was issued a credit instead On May 2, I ordered a set of towels as I wanted to use up the credit The order #*** was to be shipped between May and June I thought ok I will give them a few days more The I checked the order status and saw that the order is now to be shipped by June 15thYou cannot call them as there customer service line does not work so I emailed them and told them that I wanted my money back, including my credit as they are not filling there orders and their business practices are becoming suspicious I do not want to order from them again so the credit is useless to me This is their answer to my complaint "We are contacting you back in regards to order ORDER NUMBER ***I understand you recently advised us about the cancellation of the orderUnfortunateky we can no longer cancel it

I had a balance of $plus free shipping.When I called in to confirm this information I was told the company was sold and I should call another number for my refund.This was in January I called today and the Rep told me I don't get a refund that I used it in I have emails with my balance on it from I just want my money back

Absolutely horrific service! Nothing is ever processed properly, orders are NEVER shipped on time (expect a 2-month delay prior to receiving anything you purchase from here), fake credit is thrown at you but then magically disappears right when you are about to make a purchase, half the orders are defected and dealing with receiving a refund is a nightmareI have purchased a number of things from BTR over the years and so far EVERY SINGLE ORDER HAS HAD AN ISSUEWould never recommend to anyone, and would definitely never purchase anything from here againBy far THE WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced
