On the weekend of February 28th 2016, Beyond The Rack was promoting the use of Visa Checkout and if you spent or more, you were eligible for a 25$ gift cardI followed the steps in the IOS App of the company, used the Visa checkout option, got debited and never received said cardOrder [redacted] When I contacted the company (emails and a minutes long phone call) I was told time and time again my "name is not on the list"The card (Visa) was never taken out (that's the whole idea of Visa checkout)

I have put in a request for refunds on orders because they were not showing up I have contacted them several times over the last few weeks and I am always given the same answer I have tried to get the amounts reversed through my bank but I paid with visa debit and a charge back is not possible I have asked them to send me a chq, requested the money be put back into my account and still no result I have also tried calling and their phone lines have been down for weeks I am only able to access customer service through online chat

I have asked several times for my credits to be returned to my bank accounts and all I get are excuses. I finally asked to have all the rest of my orders cancelled and I did not receive a reply to this.

I purchased an iPad for my moms birthdayI ordered it early to ensure it came in on time since BTR is very slow at shipping items When I gave my mom her gift she noted that the camera takes very pixelated photosI called to ask BTR to fix this or replace it and they told me that I can not return the item Wen looking at their website it states that the product is 100% functional Also their return policy states that you have days to return unopened unused producthow am I supposed to know that this product doesn't work properly when their website says it does!? I had a credit on account for $97.98 from a return made Order# [redacted] . When I would log on to the site I would see my credit and just recently, my credit disappeared. I live chatted with the site and was told they are having IT issues and are looking into it. I also decided to call in on 10/6/2016, and spoke with Tony, who told me that he sees the credit on his side but IT is working to fix the issue which would be resolved within 24-48 hours max. It is 4 days later and there is still no credit on the account. Also, after looking on their social media accounts and online reviews, there are hundreds of people complaining for weeks that they are having the same issues and the company keeps giving them the run around. This is not fair that I returned the product and followed their return policy, and now they have stolen my money.

When I purchased a watch Sophie & Frieda, from them, I was never told about their return policy. I expected a refund. I then, called BTR and was told they would give me a store credit. I ordered items the second time, size S/M and even though they are marked S/M, they are extremely large, as to fit a woman that wears plus sizes. The 3rd order, follows the same pattern. I ordered 3 shirts, S/M again. Two shirts are definitely a plus size, even though they're marked S/M. The 3rd shirt was marked S/M, and it could fit someone that wears an XS of XXS. The customer service person at BTR told me that they sent me what I ordered. I tried to get a supervisor to explain the problem, and he said that they were at a meeting. I don't trust this company, their number comes up unknown on the phone, they seem to be unclear, misleading, a scam, and I don't want to order from them anymore .Very poor customer skills, and many negative reviews. I have been a loyal customer to Beyond The Rack for several years; the product sales, customer service and ethical business practices was the hallmark for other online retailers to follow. It was not uncommon for me to place an order of several items on a weekly basis; without fail, delivery time was reasonable and any problems were always resolved quickly and effectively. Everything changed six months ago. After waiting four or more months for orders to be fulfilled, Beyond The Rack has failed to deliver these items. After much communication with customer care, numerous promises of future delivery, the items were canceled. After pleading with them to refund all of my money for orders they failed to fulfill, I fought for and eventually accepted a store credit for future purchases. What good is a store credit with a company who rarely completes their orders? I recently conducted some online research and discovered this company has undergone creditor protection.
