Like many others, when the business went bankrupt, they "stole" my store credits I earned from a returnThey just give credits, not money backIt took months and months for them to tell me, sorry, your loss, but that's what happened, contact your consumer business bureauThey got bought out and the new ownership didn't want to honor consumers' prior credits, so they erased the slate for everyoneMy CC company ended up refunding me the money after I filed a dispute, but that also took time
Other major flaws of this companyYou pay for shipping, but if you need to return it for a reason that isn't due to product damage, then you will have to PAY to return the item, tooHowever, even if the product is damaged, they might initially charge you shipping to return, for which you have to call AGAIN to get that refundedIf you do get credits for a refund, it could take another month or two for those to show up, after constant calling

I cancelled an order May 11, before the order was shippedI was told over the phone and through email that I would receive a refundI have called the company and have used their live chat and have not received a refundThe refund is for two separate itemsBelow are the emails I received:

I bought a scarf on Jan 24; the item received (by the end of February) was not as describedI called the company and arranged a return, sent the item back on the next day after I received itThe package, according to UPS tracking number, was delivered on March to the BTR warehouseI had waited for two weeks (as stated in their return policy: "Be advised that the average timeframe to process the return is approximately 1-weeks from the date your parcel is received in our warehouseOnce received and assessed by our Returns Department, you will receive an email notification indicating that your return has been processed.") I've called and emailed the company numerous times and I still have not received the refund on May The last excuse was that they cannot refund it to my credit card and I have to file a claim with my CC company(still use the same CC that the purchase was made with)

I ordered several items that would be here before Christmas and the company has no one accountable to give you information, they do not have any care that items have not been receivedNow there are items that they are not shipping because there was an inventory error after they changed the ship date times, I am never going to shop with this company ever again this is just one of many items not yet received

Store credit I previously had with the company has disappeared and despite repeated attempts to contact them for a resolution I have not received any reply

I ordered merchandise on the 25th o February and have not recieved my order as of today 04/05/I have made several attempts to contact these people(BTR) with no availI have emailed and phoned BTR and have been put on hold via a automated system and left on hold for and minutes without no contact
