On February 21, I purchased a few items off of beyond the rack website, the items never shippedAfter weeks of not hearing from the company, I took it upon myself to call them and ask for an updateWhen I asked for an update, I was told that it would ship within week of the phone callTwo weeks later I phoned beyond the rack again to follow up and they told me that I will no longer be receiving my order due to the items being out of stock
When I was told the items were out of stock, I told them to cancel the order all together and proceed with giving me a refundI followed up with beyond the rack a month ago to tell them I haven't received my refund and they indicated I should get it within the next weekThis was well over a month and a half ago It is now June and I still have not received my refundI called two days ago and the customer service representative told me that he doesn't have any information about the refund but Legal Services will e-mail me by the end o

I have put in a request for refunds on orders because they were not showing up I have contacted them several times over the last few weeks and I am always given the same answer I have tried to get the amounts reversed through my bank but I paid with visa debit and a charge back is not possible I have asked them to send me a chq, requested the money be put back into my account and still no result I have also tried calling and their phone lines have been down for weeks I am only able to access customer service through online chat

Beyond the Rack is not honoring any previous credits I had on my account with themThey are trying to justify that because they are under new management, the new management decided to no longer honor the creditsThere was no communication to customers to let them know that credits were about the expireThey simply removed them from the account with no notificationThe Government of Alberta created the Gift Card Regulation act to protect consumers from the expiry of gift cardsThis situation is exactly the same thing, where Beyond the Rack is no longer honoring a gift card/creditWhat they are doing here must not be legalDo not buy from this storeYou can find good deals from many other retailers in Canada

I originally placed an order on Nov 26th, The est ship time said - daysI went back in two weeks because I didn't get a tracking number and it said shipping dec 27th - jan 1stJan 2nd, nothingAt that point it said shipping Jan 4th - jan 7thI had enoughI contacted them to cancelMagically, the item "shipped" that dayIt didn't shipI called several times to cancel because the tracking number did not work for a weekThey refused to cancelFinally, I got the product last weekendThey said there would be a prepaid label in the box to ship the item backThere was no labelSo I called on mondayThey told me they would email me a label in - hoursIt is now wed and I still don't have anythingI called them and now they tell me that they CANT send me a prepaid labelThis company is a total SCAM! And the product is pure CRAP! All I want is to send this crap back and get a full refund

I ordered several products from BTR a few months ago My credit card was billed and I waited for my orderA few weeks later when my order arrived, one of the products was broken, one was fine, and two other products were not sentI waited a few months and still received nothingI finally wrote and complained, then I phoned to speak with a representativeThe representative (James) told me that the goods would arrive to them in a few weeks and then they would ship them to meI told them that I no longer wanted or needed the products and I wanted a refundJames then told me that I would receive a company creditI told him since my products had not even been shipped and it had been several months, I didn't want a store credit but a refund to my credit card He refused and told me to call my credit card company insteadI asked to speak with a manager and he refused to let me speak with a manager as wellThe service was atrocious and I still did not get my refund

NOW COMPANY TOOK MY CREDIT FROM MY ACCOUNT.I CALLED THE COMPANY TWO TO THREE TIMES ABOUT MY MONEY ,BUT NONE OF THE REP.GAVE ME ANY SATISFACTORY REPLYI WANT BEYOND THE RACK SHOULD GIVE BACK MY MONEY AS IT IS ALMOST MONTHS SINCE I PAID THEM

I have a $ credit which was supposed to be refunded due to numerous issues with quality/deliveryI have retained volumes of correspondence with customer services, they promised to refund me, never did, and it lasted for at least monthsThen I decided to use the credit and to purchase an item on their website - little did I know, now their visa connection does not work at allAs a result I cannot use the creditI've contacted the customer service, wasted another three weeks hearing promises it's going to be fixed, etcNow I 've lost all faith in this companyMy questions - what can be done about this 101$ ?

STAY AWAY! Beyond the Rack says they have reorganized and fixed all their former problems - inability to get orders, constant delays, etc They are right back doing the same thing - blaming their suppliers when they probably aren't paying them (that was the problem before) AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS

On January 30, I ordered a watch from Beyond the RackI paid $and was told through e-mail it would arrive in 2-weeksAfter a month there was a notice on my mailbox instructing me to go to the post office near my house to pick it up, as I was not home during the time of deliveryI drove to the post office where they informed me the watch had never been there, nor was even in their systemI e-mailed Beyond the Rack wondering where the watch was, but all I got was an automated e-mail apologizing for the late delay and a complimentary "$off my next purchase." I placed an order 2/26/for a comforterMy order status updates shortly after that stating that it would be shipped out March 17thThen I recieved an email from the CEO stating that ownership of the company was changing and there was a delay in shipping ordersI responded to ask when my order would be shipped and was ignoredI then sent in an email to customer service asking about my order they did not respondI had to send in another email before they respondedI asked the status of my order and they said they didn't know because the supplier had not provided the detailsThey asked if I could wait two more weeks and they'd give me a $creditI agreed and two weeks later still nothingI finally asked for a refund about a month agoI still have not recieved my refund and when I emailed them for the status they said there is a delay but my request was sent to their refund departmentI tried to call this week 5/23/and again 5/26/and they have a pre-recorded message stating that they are having "technical difficulties" to email or do an online chatI just want my $back so I can buy a comforter from some where elseHow does a company operate with customer service like that! I've never filed a complaint with the Revdex.com I order items online A LOT and this is the worst experience I have ever had I ordered sunglasses order # *** on 2/23/ I received an email with tracking number stating the item had shipped on 2/26/ I was to expect it in 7-business days I have had made phone call inquiries since then and talked to numerous representatives including: Venus, Tienne, and Mel EVERY time they apologized profusely, but said if I waited a short period of time (usually 2-days), I could click on my tracking information and an expected delivery date would be available That has NEVER happened (Also, the avg wait time to be connected to a representative was 5-mn) I've since asked to be refunded my shipping charge which Tienne said she would do and sent an email on 2/15/stating my shipping would be refunded It is now 2/24/and no sunglasses and no shipping refund I have now been told to wait til 2/28/for my shipping date I
