Ordered an item on November 25thWas told item would ship within weeksweeks later I contacted via chat to find out location of item, was told that item has arrived and was awaiting "quality control" and will ship out within weeksThis item was purchased for a xmas present, so obviously it wasn't going to make it in time, I asked the agent if I should just cancel or what? she said she can't help but she could cancel, I told her to nevermindI called in and talked with the customer service department via phone, who was much nicer about the whole thing, told me that the item will be shipped out before the end of the week and should arrive shortly after xmas, which was okay by me
days later I get an email about them cancelling and refunding my order
I called in to ask who authorized this? it appears that the chat rep processed a cancellation request without my approval

I placed an order for a Burberry Scarf item # BURBU9182525LM on Jan 25, 2016, I called Beyond the Rack Customer service on Feb 5, because I needed my item for an event this coming week which is the week of Feb 7, They said they didn't have a record of my purchase, I was on the phone nearly an hour trying to get this situation resolved I kept asking the rep to whose name is Khis G*** to call paypal and see if indeed I did pay for a burberry scarf with Beyond the rack She kept saying she can't make that call, but she could not explain why This was a simple matter to call Paypal I needed my item as stated above for an event and now they have ruined that for me I would like at least a 50% discount on my total purchase which was in the amt of $for my inconvenience

There most be something someone can do about this matter This does not make any sense as I read so many people losing their credits In essence it is stealing from consumers 1) you are not allowed to choose to have your money back only a credit on account 2) if you read their policy on line you never lose that credit 3) if it is true that new management was in place in May 2016, then why were consumers not advised of this and told they had a certain amount of time to spend their credit or it would be lost Last Christmas I bought several items and returned them, most of them being badly made and not at all what was stated when I bought the items I tried to explain to them at the time that these items were not at all what was advertised but the only thing they told me was that I was going to have a credit on file of which I could use at any time which was $ Last night I thought I would find whatever I could to finally spend my credit but like so many other people I was shocked when I could no longer find my credit available I was in touch with BTR and got the same exact message as everyone else did I say we start a class action lawsuit which states that BTR (no matter of new management or not) has basically stolen everyone's money.....how nice would it be for people to send me money and I don't send them anything and keep their funds and later tell them sorry, there is new management....who ended up getting these funds and why did BTR not inform customers that this potentially could happen Oddly enough they can send you their annoying ads every day but can't send you an advisory to let you know you will lose your credit if you don't act before May 2016....this is not acceptable, if anyone else feels the same, contact me at *** and together we can try and see what we can do, otherwise big companies like BTR will continue to rip off consumers without any reprimand other then we are never buying from them again

I ordered an item from the Beyond the Rack websiteThe Company shipped the wrong itemI reported the error and the company's customer service rep advised me to return it for a refundThe company confirmed they received the item for return on April 4, however after two months have still not processed the return or issued the refund

They ripped me off, they took my money, told me they were unable to fulfill my order months later, offered me a credit of my btr account that I didnt get and I never heard from them again despite the multiple messages I left, they have a phone number but you cant get through to customer service, it just hangs up on you, victims should file and lawsuit against this company

I purchased an iPad for my moms birthdayI ordered it early to ensure it came in on time since BTR is very slow at shipping items When I gave my mom her gift she noted that the camera takes very pixelated photosI called to ask BTR to fix this or replace it and they told me that I can not return the item Wen looking at their website it states that the product is 100% functional Also their return policy states that you have days to return unopened unused producthow am I supposed to know that this product doesn't work properly when their website says it does!?

I have had fairly good service from BTR for the last or so years but this time around the service has been atrociousI placed an order April 25th and the email I got stated that it will be shipped after weeks in May , and when I had not received I followed up and got an email that the order did not ship due to supplier inventory error and that the item was unavailableI was promised a refund in 5-days on May 19th, which I haven't receivedWhen I followed up on June 1/I was told my refund was in a pending state and would be finalized in a day or and today is June and I still don't have itWhen I call I get a message that the phone systems are not working and to send email onlySound like they are going broke and will go down with all the money from current ordersVery very disappointed
