They refused to honor the credit I've got after returning merchandize

The last two times I have ordered from Beyond the rack have been horribleI will never order anything from them againThis last order was suppose to ship at a certain time, then they changed it to two weeks later, now it has been passed the second date and it still hasn't shippedI have sent a email to them and have had no responseBeyond the Rack is a horrible company with horrible customer service

I have a credit in the amount of $in my account with this companyDue to the bankruptcy of this company, I can not track the balance online since October, I contacted online representative on October 19, and confirmed I will get the credit back to my account during 24-hourson October 24, 2016, I called to check the status of my credit and I was told by the representative there will no any credit will be returned back to my account due to their system not allowed to do that In their website, they said the account credits do not expire and I never received any notice that my credit will be expired or can not use anymoreI am really upset with company All I want is my money back and they are giving me informationThis is not a good way to do business

There most be something someone can do about this matter This does not make any sense as I read so many people losing their credits In essence it is stealing from consumers 1) you are not allowed to choose to have your money back only a credit on account 2) if you read their policy on line you never lose that credit 3) if it is true that new management was in place in May 2016, then why were consumers not advised of this and told they had a certain amount of time to spend their credit or it would be lost Last Christmas I bought several items and returned them, most of them being badly made and not at all what was stated when I bought the items I tried to explain to them at the time that these items were not at all what was advertised but the only thing they told me was that I was going to have a credit on file of which I could use at any time which was $ Last night I thought I would find whatever I could to finally spend my credit but like so many other people I was shocked when I could no longer find my credit available I was in touch with BTR and got the same exact message as everyone else did I say we start a class action lawsuit which states that BTR (no matter of new management or not) has basically stolen everyone's money.....how nice would it be for people to send me money and I don't send them anything and keep their funds and later tell them sorry, there is new management....who ended up getting these funds and why did BTR not inform customers that this potentially could happen Oddly enough they can send you their annoying ads every day but can't send you an advisory to let you know you will lose your credit if you don't act before May 2016....this is not acceptable, if anyone else feels the same, contact me at *** and together we can try and see what we can do, otherwise big companies like BTR will continue to rip off consumers without any reprimand other then we are never buying from them again

I placed an order on May 09, from Beyond the Rack (BTR), after more than month, I finally got my package in JuneHowever, the pair of shoes I ordered does not fit, so I had to call the customer service to send me a return label, it was so hard to get hold of the customer serviceI finally arranged to send the shoes back to BTR via Canada Post, and it was tracked in the system, item was successfully returned to sender on the 27June
I reached out to BTR on 19Auguestagain because refund has not been applied to my account nor to my credit cardI requested to have my money back to my credit card, because my experiences with this company is pretty bad, shipping is slow and its so hard to get hold of the customer service rep

Beyond The Rack seems to have a policy of claiming that orders will be shipped next weekIt's always next week without shame or explanation The only recourse is to have your bank reverse charges because this company will do nothing to deliver a product

I placed an order in Feb Waited for a long time, finally called them and told them to cancel the order because I had waited so long for it I did get a credit refund from the site but, it is now Oct and that credit has now disappeared from my account I called on separate occasions being told they are investigating and that I should get back to them, giving them approxworking days Well, I called today and have been told that the money is no longer available to me I am so upset and disappointed with these people Their motto should be, "WE TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING IN RETURN."
